Serio polecam. Jako laik w temacie biżuteryjnym potrzebowałem coś na prezent dla żony i trafiłem tu z polecenia. Nie zawiodłem się. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, szybka i bezproblemowa dostawa, a jakość rzeczywiście bardzo mile zaskakująca w tej półce cenowej.

‘Unisize’ is very very small
‘Unisize’ is very very small. You can open it, but it ruins the aesthetic of the ring if you open it too much. Quality could also be better since its open on the bottom and not filled out.

At the moment, we are heavily expanding our range of closed, standard sized rings - please check them out! Empty box
I bought a ring and the box came empthy. At the beginning, I thought they were trying to help me but their customer service stopped answering me and they did not refund my money as well.

Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify the situation regarding your order and the packages we sent.
We dispatched two packages to you. The first package, which you reported as empty, was examined by DHL, who confirmed that it appeared intact upon delivery, with no objections noted at that time. While it is extremely unlikely that an empty box was sent by mistake, we took your concern seriously and sent a replacement package at no additional cost.
DHL has informed us that the second package was not collected because no one was home at the time of delivery. Following this, it appears that no one went to the DHL pickup point to retrieve the package. We have made every effort to resolve this issue on our end, including sending a replacement package.
We understand your request for a refund; however, we must receive the returned package before we can process any refund. Once it arrives back at our facility, we will promptly issue your refund.
Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
