I have been using the Slerp platform for over 3 years and can say that the features have been improving since day 1. New design, new features to improve your menu selection, cut-off times, dynamic prep time based on order value, delivery partners more reliable.... the list can continue and I am sure there will be more added by the Slerp Team!

From day one, she’s been incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable — guiding us through every step from CRM setup to delivery logistics. Even when we encountered delays or technical blockers, she remained calm, supportive, and always found a way to help us move forward.

Sometimes these can be very bespoke requests too! If it is possible or feasible they will support you! They are always contactable when needed and act as a consultant leading you to success! I have not got my food at all. Their courier system is not working properly.
The food is good. The delivery is the worst I have ever experienced. So enjoy it in the restaurant but stay away from their delivery.

Marcus was very helpful and sorted out my order problem as it was pending he phoned the restuarant cottons-camden to get my food order prepared,Thanks so much 🙏🏻
