Fantastic service. Especially from Cora my account manager. Always professional and very helpful. Unlike other systems Flipdish are always quick to answer questions and resolve issues. On top of that the charges are fair compared to others.

Sunny’s Ballymoney

Sunny’s Ballymoney

Chris and Dean installed Flipdish and our EPOS system at Sunny’s Ballymoney, and the whole process was handled brilliantly.

The setup was done quickly and efficiently with no disruption to the business. They made sure everything was fully tested and working before finishing.

The system is very user-friendly and has made a big difference to our day-to-day operations. Really good experience from start to finish.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We had quite a few episodes that showed lack of support.
Reports are unclear with hidden fees.
Last week we got charged 120£ for Uber Direct even though we made clear that we wanted to switch off the integration and did not use it.
You have no control over the Uber integration, orders get assigned to drivers and you never know when the driver is nearby.
The POS Looks like a software from the 1980 where you can't even check the total sales of the week. Marketing section is pretty much useless. There are no ways to create campaigns via email.
The website? Very limited templates with designs made by newbies with no ways of fully customise it.
Look elsewhere.

Truly Outstanding

My experience with FLIPDISH has been fantastic from the very beginning. Elliot Evans has been incredibly supportive throughout the process, helping us upload our menu, guiding us through anything we didn’t understand, and even visiting our restaurant in person to walk us through the system.

Flipdish has been a great addition to our business. The commission rate is very competitive, and their customer service is truly outstanding. It’s rare to find this level of after-sales support, and we’re genuinely grateful for everything they’ve done for us.

I would like to give a 5-star rating to Saheer and Mishel from the Flipdish onboarding team. They were extremely professional, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire setup process. They explained everything clearly and made onboarding smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they were always quick to respond to my questions. Really appreciate their support — highly recommended!

Very disappointed.did not get a 20% discount for 1st online order. From Milan Woodfire pizza. Was told the offer finished a month ago yet my friend got the discount last week. Also charged 70c for order to add insult to injury

Disheartening

Tried to upgrade to the label printing system.
It taking weeks, haven’t even got an invoice, despite asking more than one person.
Again getting messed about from this company.
I agreed to remove previous posts on here, with the hope that things would get better, given they had offered a discount on the labelling machine, if I removed the posts.

Again feel this is the only way they respond to me.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Service — Worst Platform Experience Ever

I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of support from a business platform as I have with Flipdish. Working with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

From day one, Flipdish has shown:
🚫 Non-existent customer service — emails go unanswered for days, support tickets are ignored, and nobody takes responsibility.
🚫 Zero accountability — repeated issues are acknowledged but never actually fixed.
🚫 Unreliable technology — glitches and errors that cost me orders and revenue with no resolution.
🚫 No escalation or urgency — even when my business was losing money, Flipdish treated it like a minor inconvenience.
🚫 Broken communication — every response feels scripted, unhelpful, and dismissive of the real problem.

This isn’t just “bad service” — this is negligence. My business suffered financially and operationally because of Flipdish’s inability to support its clients.

To any restaurant or business considering Flipdish: think twice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away.

Es una gran molestia escribir esta reseña. Desactivé el servicio de comentarios de clientes en mi portal Flipdish porque no quería seguir usándolo. La desactivación tuvo dos tercios de éxito; mis clientes ya no tenían la opción de dar su opinión y Flipdish, a cambio, nunca más me envió informes de comentarios. Sin embargo, Flipdish siguió facturando y cobrando una cuota mensual por un servicio que no prestaban. Esto continuó durante 9 periodos de facturación. Cuando se lo comenté a Flipdish, me dijeron que era culpa mía. Debería haber desactivado el servicio y haberles dicho que yo lo había hecho. Su programador olvidó incluir la facturación en el proceso de desactivación, ¡y es culpa mía! Sí, verá, su portal tenía un error y voy a tener que pagar 9 meses por un servicio que no prestaron. Me porté bastante mal con el responsable de éxito del cliente por su negativa a aceptar la responsabilidad. Más tarde descubrí que Flipdish tiene un director de atención al cliente en España. Me sorprendió porque nunca había visto lo que hacen. Flipdish finalmente me ofreció 3 meses de los 9 que me cobraron sin prestarme el servicio. No estuve de acuerdo. Después de 37 años trabajando en el reparto de pizzas, sé que uno debe asumir TODA la responsabilidad de sus errores y también de los de sus empleados. ¿Se imagina lo que diría o haría su cliente si le cobrara dos veces, pero le dijera que solo le devolvería el 30%
