Ordered a sloth with some extras (playing cards, keyring) for my partner. They were so happy with it and I was very impressed with the quality of everything even down to the giftwrapping!

Unfortunately the keyring wasn't in the box but after a quick e-mail I was sent a replacement immediately which arrived very fast!

From the communication I have had with Jake I would have to say this is one of the best small companies I have dealt with, superior customer service and a fantastic product!

I would highly recommend them to anyone for a fun gift!

Arrived super quickly and mr sloth is so soft and cuddly! I brought it for myself and it was still a lovely surprise! The playing cards are awesome too!

Received our sloth today. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my sloth mad daughter but she saw the send a sloth tape around the box so the surprise is spoiled somewhat. Having said that she will love it come Christmas morning as its just so cuddly and super cute!

I sent a sloth to my 2 yr old granddaughter as a surprise as we can't see her regularly in person due to lockdown.
The parcel arrived really quickly and was extremely well wrapped. She was so excited to get post addressed to her and I got to watch the delight on her face as she unwrapped it on video. The box inside was beautifully wrapped as well and when she got to the sloth she was so excited she danced around the room with it. It's a perfect size and her mum tells me it's really soft and huggable and really well made.
My granddaughter carried it around all day, took it to bed with her last night and is still carrying it round with her today.
For the price and the service I would say it is a brilliant product.

It was such a nice way to be able to surprise my mum, with a sloth, she loves him.
Didn't take long to arrive.
Only disappointment was my message to her wasn't anywhere to be seen!

Adorable sloth plushes which are so soft. My daughters were so excited to receive them in the post. Impressed by the packaging and also a good quality cuddly toy. Excellent customer service experience with this company too. Highly recommended.

I’ve ordered a couple of sloths to send to family and friends and the delivery times have been super quick. The quality of these sloths are brilliant, could not fault them. Even through COVID, this company kept everyone in the loop and delivered the sloths as promised.
