Prompt, well packaged and exactly as advertised.

Great service! I purchased a 'Lob a Lobster', and a couple of keyrings. The lobster plush is fantastic quality.
Items were dispatched and arrived quickly.

Everything was absolutely fine.
If I had one observation it is that the box came wrapped in "send a sloth" tape which kind of gave away what was in the box (well it was a lobster actually). As I work during the day and did not receive the parcel it spoiled the surprise somewhat. Maybe if I had opted for gift wrapping this wouldn't have happened so I may be at fault.

Anyway, a good fun company!

Came in great time. Packaged sustainably. And what a fun and funny gift. My partner and I both had a good laugh!

Arrived in good time and my Goddaughter loves him BUT...my personalised message was not included. I sent her a sloth hug to keep her going until we can have a real hug and as the message was missing it made the gift kind of pointless!! I have emailed regarding this but no response after 2 days! Quite disappointed if I’m honest!
Update:- Jake from send a sloth arranged to send out the missing message along with some extra free sloth goodies!! Thanks Jake! Very good customer service!

Ordered this for my mum's birthday and she loved it. She said she wanted to cuddle it as soon as she opened it, as it was so cute and soft. Different gift idea and very well received!

Amazing service and so cute, a really great idea! I sent it to my son at Uni ( who I often cal Sloth Boy ) for his Birthday as we couldn’t be with him because of lockdown. He loved it!!!

My sloth arrived with the cling sloth missing. a quick email (on a weekend no less) and same day they have despatched another with an apology. Cant ask for more really. thank you very much.

Product great wife was thrilled but surprise was ruined by the box coming with send a sloth tape round it maybe consider plain tape on main packaging

Lovely and soft; very cute

I was sent a sloth. Wasn't quite a surprise as the sender couldn't keep it a secret 😆 lovely fast delivery and well presented. The sloth is also beautifully soft. Just bear in mind that the box definitely isn't inconspicuous as it has branded tape all the way round it.

Would have scored higher but ordered for a xmas present, box came when I wasnt around and the packaging said " send a sloth" all over its tape so now no longer a suprise

Excellent service and delivery, they lost a star because I was expecting sloth sweets and card to be in a sloth gift box, arrived in a cardboard box with sloth sellotape,
