Impossible to withdraw

Hi,

Unable to withdraw, i waited the period for document verification you fixed for the operators and still, I can’t get out my money. Prove me otherwise this isn’t a fraud by making me able to withdraw and I’ll remove this comment.

Hi there!
Truly sorry to hear about the issue.
We believe in being transparent and when you first register your account we advise in our TandCs in point 1 about docs that will be required. Just in case this is missed as soon as you make any deposit we add a pop about docs so that everything is in place for when you want to withdraw funds.
I thank you for uploading docs, really appreciate your time. On checking I can see that your proof of address did not fall within our guidelines and sadly this was rejected.

Our verification procedure is a mandatory requirement as per our terms and conditions which you accepted upon registering with us, we state that prior to withdrawals you need to provide us with the necessary documents in order to verify the account. We were missing a copy of the card you used to deposit.
