Great company and manufacturer of fun tights

Lovely company and owners behind it. Fantastic support and genuinely nice in every way. Their product range is great though I've only bought adult tights for myself yet which are superb. Fun designs and comfortable! The adult tights are also generous in sizing (fits me 186cm tall) way more than enough. Shaped feet (seams like socks, as it should be) and comfort panel/gusset is perfection. Hope one day the patterns will go all the way up like the kids' variants do! I've bought more than once from them but not every time through their webshop (since there is a local retailer for them here).

Thank you Daniel, it was a pleasure to serve you, we will be doing our best to get those designs further to the gusset on the adult tights, it’s technically not possible on the current machines but they told us that about our embroidery and anti slip soles and we pushed until they made them for us so we know we will get there eventually 🤣

Superb quality

Great products at a great price, even when factoring in postage to Australia! Quality is superb as is their ethics. I've been buying Slugs n Snails for about 6 years, this was the first time direct. Highly recommend.

Thank you Megan! Post to Australia is now €30 to €60 per order and lots of independent brands have cut Australia off because of it, we can’t do it to you 🤣 we just can’t leave our Aussie friends in the cold!

Amazing customer service!

This is a wonderful little brand, in an age where everything is mass produced and AI lead I really love how they are always available to their customers even out of shopping hours and help. I contacted them recently to ask for a change in my order and it was done instantly at that was at 11pm!!! Their quality is amazing and I loved the free little iron on patches that came with the waffle sets.

I'm amazed this company is still going.

*Edit: the response from the company seems deranged. Another name? A £300 prize?! Just, wow. That tells me all I need to know.

I'm amazed this company is still going. I'm still, even years later, baffled by the way they treated me (and I can see from other reviews they are still awful with customer service). They were getting in some new products, and I ordered them via pre-order. They asked their customers via their page that everyone please be patient, that it may take a number of months to get it from whatever suppliers they were using and we would get the items eventually. I'd been a loyal customer for years, so out of respect for what seemed to be a stressful time for them, I left it a while, 6 months I think, before finally getting in contact to ask whether the items had yet been shipped. I was told they should've been with me ages ago. So of course I said I hadn't received anything, there was no post, no emails, no information at all. They basically claimed I was lying, or that it was lost in post and not their problem. They didn't refund me, they didn't look into it, the owner was very rude and unkind and made me feel bad for 'waiting too long' to ask about it, even though she'd literally asked her customers to do so. I always remember it as one of the weirdest interactions I've ever had with a company. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

Ah we remember you Sarah but your name seems to have changed? It’s been many years but you definitely stand out as we did give you a prize from a competition worth over €300 and you were thrilled. In all the places over the last four years you have appeared to review us you never include that detail. We shipped your waffle order when it came in with our stock and it was dispatched (you received a order completed shipping email) and delivered to your registered address some almost seven months before you reached out and told us you never received it. This was a Sunday night and we went to the office for you to get you the tracking information and show you the delivery slip and we when we emailed back and provided that to you to you then complained we contacted you on a weekend, on your birthday and you were a single mother and felt we had ruined your birthday by replying to your messages which you forced us to deal with on a weekend because you said you would “ruin” us and smear our name all over social media if we didn’t send you replacements right away as compensation. We always send replacement items if our mail goes missing, but yours was delivered six months before you contacted us and so it was simply past the point of missing and you essentially tried to blackmail us into sending you more products which we just won’t tolerate. As a small business we work basically on call for our customers because we value them and want to be of assistance but we have to ensure we have some feasible policies in place and telling a company you didn’t receive an order half a year after it was delivered wouldn’t be covered by any brand even us, even under the threat that you would ruin our name on social media.

This was my first purchase here but I had found the site much earlier, at that time the Dino tights were only available in S/M and I was a little sad that I had not found the site earlier, so I was very happy when I read that there should be a restock and bought the tights immediately in M/L after restock, the shipping was very fast, the design and the color look great. The tights also fit me quite well although I have longer legs, I just hope that the tights will not shrink too much after washing but in any case I am happy to finally have tights with great motifs and not always only the boring solid colors, for the future I would find it great if the dragons or one of the two space theme tights would also get in adult size but either way the next order is already made

Great product but tiring experience

The product is great but they sent me the wrong size, I contacted them, they replied very quickly telling me they will send me a return label then...nothing...
3 email sent afterward, no responses in 3 weeks.

Update: after this message the company contacted me and was the start of an awfull experience to return the product (not the slugs and snails fault, just the incompetence of fedex to send a package from EU country to another EU country).
It took more than 15 days to reach slugs and snails, then it took 1 week to them to "notice" the return -_-.
And at this time they didn't have my size in stock anymore.

So they asked a shop based in UK to send me the last set in stock they had, but as UK is not in europe anymore, I had to pay 2 euro of VAT, and 7 euro of fees from chronopost...

Finally I received my package and slugs and snail made me a voucher of 10 euros.
it took more than one month and a half and I think it was a bad experience for both me and the company...
