Friendly customer service and fairly priced plans

This company are great to work for. They really look after their customers. Its good to be part of that. James and the team are great. Hope to work long term with these guys.

I work for the boiler company and am really doing so ! I get called for jobs and sent all information and paid quickly ! All the customers are also really pleased with how quick they get an engineer to visit and sort the problem

Easy to deal with over the phone. Helpful and knowledgeable too!

I have worked for a few service and maintenance companies and I will say, UK boiler service are one of my preferred, James in the office is a martyr, jobs booked and customers pleased all year round. Keep up the good work.

The Boiler Company are a very friendly team, polite and nothing is too much trouble.

This was the worst plan - even when you buy the plan they still charge 90 pounds plus for a call around. Do not go for this it’s completely m useless. They are never helpful and always rude in customer service
