Great customer service all around.

My call was answered within 30 seconds. Very professional agent on the phone who was very clear and understanding with my boiler issue.

Within 24 hours an engineer arrived (who called me an hour in advance to let me know they were on their way) and fixed the issue promptly.

I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Smart Plan to anyone who want a professional, accommodating and helpful company to deal with their boiler problems.

I am not one to post reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to say "Brilliant Service" ..Start to Finish .. Highly Recommended. All i had a I do was make the phone call and the rest was all done for me from arranging a convenient time for an engineer to call to handing back a working boiler with heating and hot water. Thank You

I don't normally leave reviews but the team behind Smart Plan deserve the praise. Customer service team are very knowledgeable and were able to answer my every question without trying to pressure me into buying. I have basic understanding when it comes to all the technicalities involved but after a short call I felt like I learnt so much. Also there's so much to think about that you don't even consider.
