Since 0 is not an option I had to choose one star. I ordered 2 Farmhouse Wreaths which in the image is a large grapevine wreath nicely decorated with large bells. What was sent was a 10" cheap wreath with tiny bells not close to what was pictured. This is a bait and switch company. Do not order from them!!!

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Total scam!! I ordered two 30"farmhouse door wreaths and received two significantly smaller (maybe 12")wreaths. They were cheap and not at all what I ordered. I contacted the company for a refund. They responded promptly but neglected to give me the return address. I emailed again and finally got the address in CHINA (!!), along with a long list of instructions that ensured it would be virtually impossible to return the items and receive any kind of refund. They did offer a 'financial negotiation' ...15% refund and I could keep the wreaths! No, thank you. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER from this company; total bait-n-switch.

How can this site go on without any consequences to them!???!! I ordered a wreath a never even received a confirmation email my but payment went out in a day!!
Every single review from others is spot on!
I have tried to reach their support desk but have yet to get a response,which they clearly state will be within 24 hrs,….. still waiting,and that was ten days ago.

How dare there be a full page on how and you can be refunded only to have at the end of that verbal warning that you probably won’t have a chance in hell of getting one, there is only one way to initiate the process, and you know it’s with the email address that doesn’t get responded to. Nice right?.
No phone number contact either.
I too have done some of my own “publicity” for this company and hopefully because of it they will be shut down and charged with fraud!

Never received my order. Contacted them several times showing my charge to my account. I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Terrible service.

I ordered 3 different items and received 3 of the same item. I’ve been going back and forth via email and am getting nowhere. They offered me a 15% refund for the 2 incorrect items, and advised I have to pay for shipping to return the incorrect items. Shipping to china. From the US. For their mistake. Each email I send in response to theirs is treated like a brand new issue, no one can read the notes or emails from before. No organization. I would never buy from these people again and strongly encourage you not to order from them either. Complete as*hats.

If NO stars were an option that is what I would choose. SCAM - do not purchase ANYTHING from them. They take your money - they do not reply in a helpful manner & ship you garbage - definitely NOT what you thought you were buying. GARBAGE!!!! I am going to report them anywhere and everywhere I can until I get my refund. HORRIBLE COMPANY - HORRIBLE!!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. The wreaths I bought look nothing like the picture and look like something you could buy for $5. They also make it extremely difficult to return the items so you stuck with an item you will throw in the garbage and no refund. Do not buy from here

The product I received was nothing like pictured or even described. They claim they have a 100% money back guarantee but only offered a 15% refund when I complained.

Product arrived 38 days after being ordered. Item described as being 32" tall, was actually 8" tall, 1/4 the size advertised! Charged more than $40.00 with shipping. No customer service reply.

Items delivered long after promised date and were only about half of the size noted by the dimensions quoted on the website. Customer service contacted (attempted anyway) but never received a response.
