Smart Plus Heating Ltd installed a remote control Panasonic air con unit in our bedroom.
There was minimum mess, they explained all parts of the job to us before proceeding.
They arrived as scheduled on time, all very professional and polite and respected our property.
Would have no qualms about recommending the company to others and have done so already.
Very pleased.

Had Smart Plus Heating Ltd install two Panasonic air con units in my kids’ rooms. The whole team were brilliant – turned up on time, worked clean and tidy, very professional and great value too. Special thanks to Joe, Steve and Terry. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them.

Smart Plus Heating sent engineers Ben and Matt to assess our boiler when it stopped working properly. Ben who did the initial assessment was really friendly, informative and gave us lots of options and clear choices. Matt followed up with our new boiler installation. Matt was very prompt, professional, friendly and talked us through all the work as it was happening. The work is of an excellent high standard and was completed within the day. A brilliant company, would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the outcome. My home is considerably warmer and I anticipate cheaper bills. Good workmanship and friendly staff.

Smart plus installed an EV charger outside my house. They did a great job, it was installed quickly and efficiently. I’ve been using the charger daily for the last few months and never had a problem. I would recommend Smartplus to anyone!

Recently had a new boiling fitted by Smart plus, have to say I was very impressed with the excellent service. The engineer was very friendly and helpful. He left our home clean and tidy and removed all the parts from our old boiler. Would definitely recommend them.

Came home this afternoon to no heating or hot water, which is far from ideal with a 19 month old! Queue mild panic and a call to Smart Plus Heating. An engineer arrived within the hour, who was extremely polite and highly professional. He helped to troubleshoot the issue and quickly had our boiler working again, providing a full explanation of what had happened to cause it to malfunction. Thankfully we go into the evening with our heating and hot water restored - very happy customers, thank you!

Smart Plus Heating installed under-floor heating in our new conservatory. The service provided was exemplary. The engineer was prompt and explained in detail everything he was doing. He was clean and tidy and completed the work all in one day. It was obvious he was highly skilled and really knew what he was doing. Smart Plus fitted a new boiler and radiators for us and did a wonderful job. The engineer’s attention to detail was great, including very neat pipework. He was a tidy worker and cleared everything away perfectly at the end of the day. We have been extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

Peter has always been a very thorough and efficient workman whenever he visits to carry out any work.
Over the years he has come to fix my radiators, replace my pipework and service the boiler numerous times and has always done a fantastic job.
He has always been punctual, clean and very polite whenever he visits which makes him a real asset to his trade.
I find his prices fair and I'm always satisfied with the work he does.

Smart plus heating did a fantastic job installing our new boiler , pipe work and putting in new radiators. Terry was extremely friendly, patient and able to answer all my silly annoying questions. He made me feel like nothing was too much of a problem. The work was completed in a timely fashion and Terry was very clear about when he would be there and for how long. I really think he went above and beyond .
