I placed and paid for my order on 23/02/6 and have still not received it as at 24/03/26. I have tried to contact Smartyez several times but have yet to receive a meaningful response. Their chatbot will only say that the order has been fulfilled. When I checked their tracking’ on the Shop App it only shows that it was shipped’ on 02/03/26. No further progress since that date. Every other Seller I deal with that uses the Shop App for order tracking shows me the complete timeline from order to delivery. I will never shop with Smartyez again.

Order was NEVER dispatched and NEVER delivered - this was revealed through the SHOP Tracking App. This is a SCAM Retailer do not buy anything from them as you may lose your Money. When queried about my order all they would reply was that it had been 'fulfilled' but tracking shows that it was never dispatched.

RECENT UPDATE
So now they are dodging their responsibilities by attempting to say that this is a fake review. This is a blatant lie to attempt to get TRUST PILOT to take this review down. Hopefully it will remain up to WARN everybody that this Online Business is a complete SCAM. Just take a look at all the other 1 Star TRUST PILOT reviews and see how much money this site has SCAMMED from legitimate buyers.

If I could give zero stars I would. No email follow ups. Phone constantly busy on repeat. Another phone no somebody cancelled the call multiple times. I felt like I was being scammed. You should be ashamed of your selves if you think this is the way to run a business. Shocking.

Ordered on 10/2/26.
Messaged following up with order 14/2/26 & 19/2/26. Get no response or excuses.
Order status says Shipped 28/2/26.
Now its 22/3/26 and order still not received.
Order tracking doesn't work!
Will be taking matter further

We ordered a $1500 vacuum in late December 2024 and have not received it nor have we received responses to our queries. This website is an absolute scam!!!

EDIT: check order #991756… this is absolutely not a fake review! You maybe didn’t find it under my name because the order is under my husbands name. Happy to have someone return call and emails and give us our $1500 back for the Roborock S8 pro ultra we ordered!

I have not received my order. Smartyez do not email back or ever answer the phone. It's been about 10 weeks since they took my money

Bought a solar powered fountain last October 26th 2024. Have emailed several times as phoning is useless. After several attempts to get refund they finally got in touch promising a full refund plus $20 for inconvenience. No refund to date and that was 2 months ago. Tried many times since but no response. Would not deal with this shoddy company ever again. I will never see my $180 again. Give them a wide berth!

Ordered item 27th Dec 2024 $627.29. No delivery still (16/3/25). Rang vendor. no answer. Emailed twice in last month, no response. Now logged dispute through my bank. I would steer clear, as not able to contact and resolve with vendor.

I purchased and paid for two items value being $3881.00 on 18th Feb 2025 to date have still not received anything have sent SMS, EMAIL , CALLED but no answer and no delivery advice. Have now put in hands of fraud/scam team.

I do NOT receive your product. email unanswered.

Took 3 weeks to get the order delivered. (no tracking info and customer service etc).

Definitely scammers. Impossible to get a hold of and never received items

18 June 2026 THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW! I never heard from this company again, I did end up putting in a complaint to Consumer Affair and they followed it up. Please feel free to contact them and they will verify this is a fraudulent website. Please don’t get caught and PLEASE disregard their reply, FAKE COMPANY Ordered an office chair in Jan 2025. Almost March and still haven’t got it. Rang them, just a recording. Emailed everyday for weeks, had ONE response. Went on FB, left messages (I’m not the only one). Tried to talk to someone through Messenger, no response. Have reported them to Australian & State Consumer Protection. Waiting for Conciliation. Don’t get caught, this place does NOT exist. Now I have no chair and have to save to again. Mongrels.

Smarteyz advertised 9th Gen iPads WI-FI for 769.99. Ordered on 26th December 2024. Confirmation of payment email came with a note that they would advise tracking details once it was sent. Several emails later with just one response saying they would cross check it’s now been 8 weeks. We’ll see how the bank goes with a chargeback.
They did send an email wondering when I would make my next order - that would be NEVER 🤪

SCAMMER ALERT. This company is a scam, they do not return calls, or email back. I ordered from them, they took my money, however did not send product. BUYER BEWARE..
