Smashing indeed
Their logos are very easy to make and the platform easy to use. And the logos themselves are smashing. Great job.

Hallo,

The Logo and effects were great but I wanted it in Landscape mode for a Laptop and Facebook video creations. I was pretty sure I had selected this option.vInstead, I received the Logo in the shape (9:6) for an android mobile phone. I'm now left with large amounts of black filling the screen either side of the logo which is almost unusable. When I tried to select this after, it stated that I would have to pay again, which is unreasonable.

Bad Customer Service Experience
The logo design went great, we are very happy with it. Two of the add-on products we purchased did not go as well.
The cinematic logo, while it is okay, did not come close to the dramatic, well done, promotional material. Okay, I was willing to eat that, it wasn't horrible.
We also purchased the business card design thinking it would be the same as the promotional mock-up that was shown. Which we loved. The design we received was totally different and we did not like it. When we contacted support and asked them to swap out the design they said they would not do so and also would not provide a refund. The cost is minimal but it's the principle.
If this is the service they provide, I'd be cautious about doing business with them.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re very happy to hear that you’re pleased with the logo itself, and we’re sorry that the add-on products didn’t meet the expectations created by the previews.
If the impression you received from the promotional material differed significantly from the value you felt you received, we absolutely want to take that seriously. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and in a situation like this we would be happy to review a refund rather than leave you disappointed with your purchase.
From what we can see, we received your request to change the business card design, but we have not received a separate refund request from you since. Please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to review this with you.

Hi,
We’re sorry you had trouble with the installation.
Our support team is always happy to help with setup questions and guide customers through the process. Unfortunately, we weren’t contacted before this 1-star review was posted, so we had no opportunity to assist.
A quick message to support would likely have resolved the issue very easily.
Great in all aspects.
