Expensive shipping

outrageous shipping, 20 euro to Ireland for a small envelope. Even though it was tracked there was notracking number available. Took quite a while to come having paid 20 euro. Did get what I wanted but the shipping made it a hefty price tag.

Smell test

I've been using it for couple of days now, and I feel some progress with my smelling and tasting sense. Hope my senses will be better in the coming days. My ENT doctor recommended it for me after losing the sense of taste and having a problem with my breathing.
