My email to Smiles Better which was ignored, my complaint will not be addressed other than with a standard disclaimer, which in legal terms is the middle finger to customers.

Disappointed in your service and reply, how many times do you want me to return, on my last visit John had to apply a large amount of adhesive to stop the Denture from falling out of my mouth before leaving the treatment room. I was promised a denture that didn't require adhesive due to your award winning suction technology yet my denture is exactly the same as my old denture no suction what so ever. I was told just like implants you can eat and chew, if I attempt to eat even with adhesive the Denture will fly out in seconds. So you now offer implants to achieve a fit, can ask at what cost, ballpark figure will do and also what contribution Smiles Better will make towards that cost. You have to accept the denture provided to me just doesn't work. Mos did 2 refits and both times the denture did not come close to fitting, Mos attitude was appalling, he just said try it and come back in 2 weeks even though the Denture was in my hand as I left. John then did a rebase and refit and watched as the Denture just fell out yet again, and as mentioned earlier in this email he had to apply three drops of adhesive to get the thing to stay in.

Again I request a refund or a 100% guarantee that the next adjustment/refit will produce a Denture that fits without adhesive and contains your award winning suction technology (just like Margaret in the advert where John cannot get the Denture to come out and boasts no adhesive no clips and look at the fit).

I await your response before considering booking an appointment, also disappointed it has taken you 10 days to reply I realise that's your policy but its poor customer care for me to have to chase, a phone call would be better for your reputation. Please respond to these concerns raised here, rather than a standard covering response.

What an amazing experience and transformation I can't thank the staff enough, made me feel welcome and reassured me throughout the whole procedure the end result having a beautiful natural smile again. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Good efficient and knowledgeable service. Repaired within 90 minutes. Very happy.

My wife and myself both had new dentures made and fitted very close together.
The reception staff were great in making our appointments for the same time.
Also making you comfortable in the waiting area with coffee.
John roebuck who made our teeth was great, (very experienced).
My teeth were completed before Debbs, that give me a great opportunity to have small adjustments done on Debbs last couple of appointments.
As a result we are both very happy with the results.
We would recommend anyone to do as we did,

Romi. You are a bully threatening women wit court action you took over £3000.00pounds promising dentures that will stay in place after several years they still don't fit properly or stay in are you a scammer????

Great staff very accommodating very friendly gave me some great advice would definately recommend them. Even gave me a refund for my initial consultation which was so kind of them very professional company and so helpful.

From the very first consultation visit I was put at ease by the friendly and knowledgable staff, I had partial dentures made upper and lower, temporary ones at first while my gums healed from the teeth I had to have out. At every step John explained the process and what to expect and when I got my permanent ones he explained that they may need adjustment ,I went today and there was a little adjustment needed but as soon as I put them back in I knew they would be fine.I was told that I can go back at anytime if needed and to go back after a year for a check on the fit, I am very impressed with the service and would recommend anyone to go for a consultation ,all the staff are amazing and helpful .

Been for my consultation today and am absolutely blown away with this place! I was a little bit nervous, but the minute you walk in you’re made to feel welcome. The reception area is personal and not at all clinical and the girls are so friendly and chatty (feels like you’ve known them for ages).
I saw Moiz who was super professional and completely put me at ease, he explained everything to me and gave me a thorough examination, couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Then I went to see Romi (who is adorable), again super professional, very helpful and knowledgeable (and also quite funny, which immediately puts you at ease). My experience today I would give 100%, couldn’t fault it!

I have just finished treatment at Smiles Better I am very pleased with the result. Having dentures made previously that I was not happy with Pasquel remade another set that are perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for them to get the best outcome. Would recommend them

Amazing service. I was a little nervous after years of ill fitting dentures but they put me at my ease straight away. They explained every step of the procedure in a way I could understand. Can't praise this company enough. It has been a very emotional 12 months. I lost my front tooth in an accident and took the opportunity to sort the rest of my mouth out.
