I placed an order in January, they took payment, we are now in March and ive yet to receive my products.
I have contacted them several times via email or through the website, only to be constantly ignored.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS OR A REFUND

Ordered a product over a month ago and have not received it. Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible, have so far been ignored

It’s useless and after working once the until is full of water which is now leaking out (it’s brown!!). It doesn’t work anymore after the one use. Do not order from this scam site! Wish I could post a picture of what has leaked out overnight. It looks like rusty water.

Still can’t give a zero! One year on and still haven’t received the item I bought! Disgusting! Don’t buy from these people.
They probably get their mates to write the good reviews!

I have had the same experience as many people on here and reported them to Fraud Action Line .
My bank reimbursed my money .

Placed an order for a toothbrush, paid £59.99 No invoice received ! No product received. Contact page shows a get in touch, completed twice asking where my product was. Nothing back. No address or telephone no listed. COMPLETE SCAM SITE Stay away.

Still waiting for this since I ordered it in July. No one responded to my email chasing for over a month, no way to track and apparently was left at my door which I did not get, as I could have told them not to.
I got a response eventually after over a month, was asked for alternative address, and guess what, that was a month ago now. Terrible service, no toothbrush, and no refund.

Ordered a toothbrush and flosser back in April 2025 with delivery showing as 3-5 working days from the UK. I never received the toothbrush and the flosser took 3 weeks to arrive from China (not exactly what was advertised)! Sent an email in May 2025 advising late delivery of flosser but no toothbrush received and asking for a response. We're now at the end of August 2025 still no toothbrush or even an acknowledgement of the email.

Would not deal with this company again.

I ordered a toothbrush online and they are sending it to the wrong address. I’ve told them this three times in various emails. They never respond to emails. Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam.

Ordered the total mouth cleaner. What a load of crap. Doesn’t do anything, teeth feel no cleaner.

I ordered a water flosser recently and it says it arrived, and it hasn’t, I have sent 5 emails now over the past week with no response, after having read the other reviews it seems I may have also been scammed by this company. It is a real shame, it doesn’t take much to give good customer service. I am very disappointed and also out of pocket! Avoid this company

I ordered two toothbrushes for my kids 3 and 5.
I paid by debit card and still nothing has arrived.
I feel like I have been scammed, there is no phone number for this company and they ignored my email

I am now trying to get a refund from my bank.

I ordered two toothbrushes in April. £64.98 paid by card.
Smiley clinic acknowledged the payment but never sent the toothbrushes- they don’t answer emails asking for the product or a refund- no response to anything.
Seem to be a scam!!!!

I keep getting sales emails and I’ve decided to complain again because this Buisness is a scam there are no contact numbers

Ordered 2 weeks ago still no movement on my delivery.
When i contacted the company they ignore me . I think I've messaged them 6 times asking for a refund and they replied once and refused to discuss the issue all they did was apologise for the delay. I would never order again from this company all they do is take your money and ignore you in the hopes that you will get your order
It's an absolute joke of a system

Ordered 10 days ago, item not dispatched yet. Emails sent no response from company whatsoever when trying to find out when my order will be sent out.

12 months ago ordered the touch pro sonic electric toothbrush with four heads arrived in good time, however in the last few weeks sent an email to inquiry about the heads no email back, so decided to send another email nothing, don't touch this company, it's cheaper to go to boots ,now I have a toothbrush without any heads shocking customer service

I am disgusted with this business and cannot believe these 5* reviews.
In May 2025 I ordered a Water Flosser.
It did not arrive until well after the advertised time scale and by the time it came I had already purchased another one.
When it arrived in the plastic unpadded bag, the box was completely open and unsealed. The inner bag was also unsealed. It looked as if it was someone else's reject.
I emailed/ sent messages numerous times, even wrote a letter.
After about 5 weeks I had an apology...."we are in the middle of moving premises" and a promise to send a label for me to return it,
Well I have waited a week, sent more messages and no response whatsoever.
I am disgusted and so angry that they can scam people like this.
I would warn people to mistrust all these positive reviews.

This is now my 3rd order with this company. I have nothing but praise for them.

Quality of the toothbrushes were excellent.

Yes delivery can be slow, but it was only by one day. However I was emailed by the company to let me know there was a delay in shipping.
