I never got the aligners after paying for the full treatment in advance. They stopped responding and the company has disappeared, including their address in the UK. The formal letters for a claim were returned to me by the PostMail. I checked for alternative ways to report them but without a true address I got locked into nothingness. Anyone considering a group claim?

How do I get my money back??? How?? They took my money and then the business closed down? My teeth are a mess!!! Anyone have any ideas? Has anyone made any legal claims? Have they fled the country? Have the police been made aware?

Paid extra for full coverage, and now all emails bounce, unable to make any contact, no phone number, no new retainers, extremely upset I paid a large amount of money to these people and after my started retainers, which are cracked and barely did anything, I've had nothing, and don't know how to get my money back as they're uncontactable, I saved up a long time for this, where has all my money gone :(

Paid extra for additional treatment when the first set didn't fully straighten my teeth.

Now I kept trying ways to reach someone for new retainers and get no support.

I recommend to avoid them.

Straight My Teeth was so simple to use, no issues, no drama, and I honestly could not be happier with the results, highly recommend them.

Had aligners from here in 2022. Theyve now since closed down, i need more retainers as they have both broken. Got no ongoing support and my teeth are going back to normal. Every email i send to them is “undeliverable”.

Every time I email I get an email bounce back saying No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the remote host - that is, one with no server application running.
All I want is to update my return address. Two years I’ve been trying to sort this. Literally feel like I’ve been scammed with no response in any way I try get in touch.

My first set of aligners didn’t work, I got to the end and they were not straight then the retainer snapped. It took months of emails to get another impression kit out so my teeth started to move because they didn’t send a retainer in the mean time. When I finally got my new aligners I got to step 5 and the aligners weren’t fitting my teeth properly. Again I have emailed for months and got no response

One of the worst experiences ever, always go to a professional dentist! Decided to pay the full amount of over £600+ for the full Invisalign treatment. I did receive treatment at first but I came to the end and my teeth were still wonky and overlapping. They said I must pay another £250 to finish the treatment which should have been a red flag to me. But desperate to have straight teeth as I’ve always been so unhappy with them I decided to pay for the treatments. I NEVER received this, all calls, emails and messages were ignored. After looking at reviews I see a lot of people experienced the same issue as me and the place seems to have gone bust. I NEVER got any money back when they never completed the treatment and my teeth are still twisted and look worse than they did before. SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Half a job! I left a review on 20 May 2021, because the customer service that I received initially was great. After this, towards the end of my teeth straightening journey, my teeth looked slightly better than before, but they still had a gap in which was the reason why I wanted the aligners in the first place. I contacted customer services to let them know my concerns to find that they had shut down or gone bust? Massive shame as a lot of money spent for very little gain. I would recommend to spend some more money and go with a reputable company that will get your treatment plan right.

Communication was very bad during treatment and the email replies were in broken English. Finished treatment now but retainers have cracked. Emails bouncing back, no phone number (I can see the Staines shop looks closed now from Google) and no way to contact them. I have read on Trust Pilot that they have gone bust but can't see anything official. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

The WORST experience ever.
I paid the full amount and had to continually contact this company to start the process. They were not answering the phone and when they did the person I needed to speak to was not there. It was months later I learned they had gone bust. I have not received a penny back from them. There must be so many people who they owe money too so I believe a group action is the way forward. Please contact me if you have had a similar experience.

Shocking unresponsive to emails bag of nails

Wore my aligners for the entire duration (around 6 months) and there was 0 results. I raised concern midway that there was no change and was told to see what happened by the end of it. Got no response when i raised concern at the end of the treatment. Waste of time and money!!

Do not purchase from them.they took £700 from my account and just sent the first sets which was horribly fitted.then no more communication at all.they are thieves.

I've finished my treatment few months ago- following they advise after 1 year wearing retainers I stopped completely like they advised me. In few weeks my teeth was back a lot. Of course I was trying contact them with few emails and didn't get aby response. I've decided to fit some of my old aligners and start treatment from this point. My teeth was back a 5 steps! it is 50 days wearing again these plastic in your mouth 22h/day. During whole process I still didn't get any email with advise what i should to do right now. I've sent them couple e-mails and still nothing. after appointment with real orthodontist I've been shocked because doctor said me I should wear retainers over nights few days a week lifetime to keep my smile (not jak straightmyteeth recommend only 1 year). So I tried contact again and order 2-3 new sets of my aligners (doctor advise that because they should keeping my data and that will be better way then make a completely new ones from orthodontist) but look like they blocked my email, I can't send any mail to them.
I am happy with treatment effect but after you order is completed customer support are useless. Also they promised 200 days treatment then 1 wearing retainers and that's it but looks like it is not working this way.

Once I completed all aligners I wanted refinement, I sent new moulds they got lost, even tho someone at straight my teeth signed for it as I tracked them. I then had to pay for more material. Then I wasn’t getting replies ! I paid an extra £150!

I had the full treatment and was really happy but only got one retainer and they broke quite quickly. They become quite brittle after about 2 weeks. Subsequently i went back to SMT and they sent out new aligners......they didnt turn up. I chased them up and got the full treatment again with the gum sheilds because it took that long for them to come back to me my teeth were almost back to where they were originally. I sent in the gum sheilds, they shown me the digital images and i waited for the aligners to be deivered, and waited and waited and waited and now Sarahs email seems to no longer work or accept my emails?? So im back to where i was with crooked teeth and a lighter pocket. If you go with SMT i would make sure you are very persistant if things dont go right because the delays have left me where i am!!

This is a bogus company. I fully paid for the night aligners only for them to blank me. No communication, no email response, nothing. Avoid at all costs 🤮🤮🤮

The treatment was overall good, but I was meant to be sent a new set of retainers and now no answer from them. Have they gone bust?
