I bought these socks a few months ago and at first they were fine. However over time they no long stay put and continuously slip under my heels when I'm working out or walking in trainers. I'm really disappointed and won't but again.

Their invisible socks are the best I’ve tried. I highly recommend they are cool, comfortable and invisible ❤️

I have ordered a pack of socks months ago. After a failed delivery due to "not being home" at my company adress, which is open from 7 am till midnight... I have dent multiple emails about resending the order and later refunding the sales. I have had 0 replies and have been completely ignored.

This company is a total scam. Don't order here.

Op 7/12/2024 een pakje besteld en tot op vandaag, 12/1/2025 niet gekregen. Reeds meerdere mails gestuurd en allemaal onbeantwoord gebleven.

Het is nu 3 weken dat ik wacht op de kousen en nog altijd niets. Ik vind dit bedrog .Heb al een email gestuurd tot nu toe geen antwoord en dan zeggen ze binnen 48 u 🤔

Ik heb de socks een jaar fijne sokken alleen heel snel dun bij de teen en dat vind ik erg jammer, zijn erg fijn blijven ook als enige korte sokken aan mijn voeten zitten.Ze waren ook niet echt goedkoop

Die Hausschuhe wurden trotz Hinweis zweimal in der falschen Größe geliefert. Zumindest wurde das Porto der Rücksendungen bezahlt. Habe auf Rechnung über Klarna gekauft. Jetzt sitzen die mir im Nacken, da es offensichtlich von Gute-Laune-Socken keine Rückmeldung gab. Sehr unseriös und auf keinen Fall nochmal eine Bestellung wert.

Ze beloven op hun website dat ze de volgende dag leveren. NIET GELOVEN!
Ik bestelde op 16 augustus sokken voor mijn leerkrachten (cadeautje om leuk te starten dacht ik). Nu, 29 augustus, heb ik ze nog steeds niet.
Ik mailde 27 augustus maar krijg gewoon geen antwoord!
Ondertussen moet ik iets anders verzinnen om het schooljaar te starten! Pfff.....

The company can’t be reach. No replies on emails, on social media, just can’t be reached. The socks are also to be found on Temu. The exact same socks for 2.5-5 euros. That’s a huge difference compared or what they sell them for. Plus, at Temu you are at least protected in case you do not receive the socks or they are not as expected. Do not buy here!

I am sadly to leave this review to get Smiling Socks' attention. I have not received my order despite making the payment, and I haven't received any response after three weeks of contacting customer service three times.

I can't actually review as I have not tried this company. However, I have learned not to purchase from a company who cannot be contacted by phone. If they choose to take your money, and don't respond to your emails, you are stuck. I made this mistake with a $70 piece of luggage I ordered, it never arrived, and the company never really responded properly to my emailed enquiries, just kept promising it was coming, and it never arrived. The fact that this company has a three star rating says a lot! Buyer beware!

Unfortunately I have the same negative experience as others here. So, new owner or not, the customer service did not improve unfortunately.

I got a pack of smiling socks for my birthday. The back of the sock, around the heel, is very hard, it really hurts me while wearing. This might be a mistake.. because friend of mine doesn’t have this issue. Unfortunately I can’t reach them.

I tried emailing them at the email address they also provide here in the comments. I tried contacting through social media.. but nothing. No reply.

In the meanwhile the socks are here, waiting for a right solution. I just want my money back!

If they will solve this well, I will of course update this review. But for now, I’d say; be careful with ordering here.. nice looking socks, but the costumer service really needs to be improved!

Die Socken wurden in der falschen Größe geliefert, in einem Pappkarton ohne Lieferschein oder Rücksendeaufkleber. Ich bekam weder mit Ausfüllen des Kontaktformulars noch mit email die Möglichkeit, die Rücksendeanschrift zu erfahren oder einen Umtausch zu veranlassen. Von Klarna bekam ich nur die Auskunft, dass ich das mit der Firma selbst klären müsse. Das heißt, ich muss die Socken jetzt behalten und bezahlen, obwohl sie mir nicht passen. Ich werde nie wieder dort etwas bestellen!
Die Socken muss ich dann verschenken.

Sokken besteld, na drie weken nog niks ontvangen. Geen reactie op twee emails. Net zoals de rest hier ben ik opgelicht, vrees ik. Waardeloos.

Waardeloze organisatie. Bestelling geplaatst. Direct betaald maar geen producten ontvangen. 4x een e-mail gestuurd, geen reacties.
Ik ben opgelicht door deze OPLICHTERS!

Netjes de sokken besteld, dan krijg je netjes een mail met daarin het verzendbewijs. Geeft dan aan bezorger is onderweg en nu????

Niemand reageert op de mail vervolgens nog een mail word niet op gereageerd.
Geld ben je kwijt maar geen sokken en een antwoord/oplossing

Waardeloze organisatie. De bestelde sokken zijn na 1,5 maand nog steeds niet binnen. Ik heb er 4 keer over gemaild, maar krijg geen antwoord.

My order never arrived. The parcel was sent back to them as it arrived at the border to my country and never arrived at my home. I tried to contact them via Mail and Instagram several times but never received any answer. I already paid 120 €. Probably won't see that money again. I will never again order from this company.

Wil een pakket retour sturen. Dat moet binnen 14 dagen. Retour moet aangemeld worden via een e-mail zodat je van hun een retourformulier krijgt. Dat al 3 keer geprobeerd maar ik krijg geen antwoord waardoor de termijn voor retourneren verloopt en ik met het pakket blijf zitten en ik mijn geld niet terug krijg.
