I don't Have Experiences To Buy Products From Your Site So Mutch.
I got To buy Barbour Jacket Last Year.
So I tried To Buy Barbour Products Again From Japan a month Ago.
but This Trying went to Loose because Barbour Products Can't Be Sell To Out Of EU Economy Areas.

but Other Products You Sell are Good senses,
The Spiewak MA1 whitch I bought Is Very Good Especially Ombre Blue Colour.

A query before I placed the order was dealt with by phone by a friendly and professional lady, politely and quickly. I opted for standard delivery and was delighted when the order placed at lunchtime arrived before lunch the following day! Jacket was well packaged. Thank you.

Köpte en jacka här, hur smidigt som hälsat och snabb leverans.

I'd recommend this company to anyone - their service is top quality.

Arrived day after online order. Barbour quilt was the business fitted great and stylish.

The service provided was excellent with NO problems the turnaround time on returns was very quick. Other on-line companies could learn a lot from Smith and Morris. I would definitely be using these again!!!

Prompt tracked delivery, fantastic product. Will surely buy again from this retailer.

I am delighted with my purchase and will use Smith & Morris again.

Always easy (too easy!!) online shopping and very fast international shipping. I find the website responsive and easy to navigate, with plenty of images of items. Shipping is expensive, but Australia is some distance away. The boots I bought looked as though they may have been worn, with marks on the soles, but I'm only going to do the same so not worth raising for the purpose of an exchange.

All good. No problems,

Everyting was excellent, absolutely perfect shopping experience.

Ordered item and it arrived as described and on time (and was track-able). Couldn't ask for more.

The process was quick and easy especially during a sale period. The Barbour Covert is a good fit, it fits more like a suit in terms of size so long arms may find this slightly short. I am 6ft with long ish arms and it is just ok. Great product and service!

Website was easy to use and delivery was quick and securely packaged

Over all excellent, only one point did not receive a dispatch email .

Fabulous. Delighted with it!

I ordered the Barbour Capriole Cape, beautiful item, high quality fabric and design as you'd expect from this manufacturer, dispatch and delivery from Smith & Morris was very quick, sadly the item didn't suit me but I returned it and received my refund without any issues. I would recommend this seller and also the product.
