Smith & Morris (www.smithandmorris.co.uk) レビュー

I wanted to know more about the product that I saw online and the person I spoke to was very helpfu, knowledgeable and patient. I decided to make the purchase online as I live abroad and spelling everything would be a nightmare and that too was straight forward and easy. My package arrived one day earlier than expected. 5 star service. Thank you!

Superfast delivery, and awesome prices. Great Service.
Thank you, I will be back.

The customer services of this company are so slick. It's a welcome change. Have ordered in the past and will continue to order from them. Well done

I shopped around and found the best price together with a speedy professional service.

Very good service with an easy process for returns and a good product at the end.

I purchased 2 barbour t shirts in the online sale. I would definately shop here again and would recommend them to friends. The service was outstanding.

Very good web site with lots of choice. Delivery came within 3 days of order, would defiantly use again.....

Ordered a jacket on line, I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and delivery time.

Thanks guys.

Quick, reliable and easy returns if items not suitable. I Recommend this company.

Ordered one day - arrived two days after on standard delivery.

I purchased a Barbour jacket some days ago on this site and i want say that it was all perfect and excellent both in service and in quality of the item.Absolutely wonderful site with 100 per cent quality original items.

Excellent service, quick delivery. I absolutely recommend Smith ans Morris.

Best prices and a very speedy delivery. I shall definitely be a repeat customer

Excellent service - called to speak to someone before ordering as was unsure as to accuracy of colours in photos. Very helpful. Jacket arrived within 48 hours. Would definitely use again.

There was a slight issue with my card which required me to call the service desk. The issue was quickly sorted but initially I was told this meant the purchase had missed the promised delivery date. This was contrary to the email asking me to call which specifically said they were continuing to process my order (I had paid for express delivery).

I said I needed the order on time for a gift, they sorted this out ad got the item to me at the promised date, saving me some grief. They also called to see it had arrived which was a nice touch. I felt they did actually care.

Great jacket, very good customer service and excellent delivery, arrived 48hrs after ordering.

Very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this company to anyone. Will certainly shop with them again in the future.

A neat, efficient no fuss service.

Delivery was super fast. Unfortunately had to return the shoes as they were too small, but they sent email confirming recept of the return and my refund very quickly. Would definitely order again and recommend this company.

Profesional, goods as describe, fast delivery.
