Worst company ever. Don't use for house move

Worst company ever. Ordered 50 removal boxes for my house move via amazon. A mere £135. Didn't arrive, no one has any idea where they are. Smith do not answer the phone AT ALL and I've tried lots of times. Smith do not answer their Live Chat AT ALL and I've tried lots of times. You may get some vague reply by email but they'll tell you they won't help as the order was placed through amazon!! They use Evri which as we all know is the worst delivery company on the planet. Currently none of amazon or Evri or Smith has the remotest idea where my boxes are or when/if they'll be delivered although they're happy to keep my £135. Shocking.

Product is fine,

Everything else is a shambles. If you’re out of stock of a product. Take it off the website, don’t allow customers to make multiple orders to be told that you’re out of stock and miss the same day dispatch. Utter mess of a website which makes the experience hellish. It’s annoying as the products I have received are actually good.
