Final order
It's disappointing to write this as I have been purchasing most of our packaging supplies from this company for quite some time. The quality of their boxes kept us coming back to them, but sadly, this has gone downhill in recent months.
However, the final straw is that despite quoting same-day despatch and next-day delivery, our parcels were not arriving the next day.
As we need a reliable supplier for our packaging, we regret that this will be our last order with Smith Packaging.

This company provides a quick and efficient service and is highly customer-focused. I will be ordering from them from now on rather than Amazon as Smithpackaging has an actual person who you can contact quickly and easily and get the help you need. Highly recommended!

Shocking delivery!
Ordered two sets of flat packed boxes but unfortunately we only ever received one, the delivery was shocking, 4 days in a row we stayed in within there 3 hour window, and never received anything. Day 5 we received one set. We did get a full refund and the set we received as a goodwill gesture. However the Boxes are very good and strong, just need to sort the delivery out.

No 48mm brown tape waiting refund
place order for 48mm brown tape Few days later told none in stock-!! order cancelled and still not refunded told have to wait 5 days - very disappointed Why not flag out of stock when ordering

Stop Using EVRI - Worst Delivery Company in UK
I Urgently needed my Bags from Smiths Packaging, it was supposed to be 48hrs Delivery but They use EVRI which was Hermes , It took over a week to receive my Bags over 7 Days….
I may possibly order again from Smiths Packaging but on the proviso they use a Different Delivery Company …… EVRI is the Worst Delivery Company in the UK.
