My experience with Supplement Manufacturing Partners Inc. (SMP) has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As a small business owner, I entrusted SMP with the production of my products, but their lack of communication, delays, and unprofessionalism have caused me significant stress, financial loss, and inconvenience.

From the outset, communication with SMP was poor. Despite repeated attempts to address concerns and seek clarification, responses were either delayed or nonexistent. The lack of transparency and accountability left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.

After paying the invoice in July 2023, the process only spiraled downhill. Delays in sample approval, unresponsive customer service, and vague promises about completion dates further exacerbated the situation. Despite assurances from SMP representatives, including Mike and John J. Riccobono, my order remains undelivered to this day.

The prolonged delay in receiving my order has had severe consequences for my business. I have been unable to fulfill customer orders, resulting in lost revenue and damage to my reputation. Moreover, the stress and uncertainty caused by SMP's incompetence have taken a toll on my mental well-being.

In addition to the lack of communication and delays, the attitude displayed by SMP representatives, particularly John J. Riccobono, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I was met with dismissiveness and arrogance.

Overall, my experience with SMP has been a nightmare. Their failure to fulfill their obligations has not only caused financial hardship but also emotional distress. I urge other small business owners to exercise caution when dealing with SMP and to consider alternative options to avoid similar pitfalls.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by SMP, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others in the business community.

Best manufacturer! With the best prices and the best lead time. I've done over 6 million dollars worth of business and will continue to use smp for life!

Our experience with the entire SMP team has been wonderful. They helped bring our vision for our first product to life, and quickly! We were especially pleased with the work of their graphics team, specifically Karen Carrasco. Her ability to create unique labels and modify based on our feedback truly made this process fun and exciting. We are looking forward to creating additional products with SMP as our brand grows!

If I can give zero stars. Avoid at all cost. No sympathy from sales man. They don’t listen to customers and have a very strange way of communicating

Great customer service and very fast production time,

We were in contact with a sales representative from SMP Nutra. Unfortunately, after the first contact, e-mails and WhatsApp will no longer be answered. Not even after repeated requests.

Experience with the place has been the worst Ive ever experienced. They were not responsive at all for any inquiries, and I had to also reach out multiple times to different people to get an answer. Also, I ordered a product from them which they told me the lead time was 6-8 weeks and I waited over 3 months constantly asking for updates. Not only with the delay, but they sold me a product that they knew was going to get banned by the FDA, so I am stuck with a bunch of inventory which I cannot sell. They have terrible customer service. Its unfortunate because they do have great selections of products, but their customer service is terrible. They dont treat you or your business like a partnership at all.

Go try working with another supplier and you’ll see the huge difference in customer service. Try out vox nutrition they are way better.

We have been in the supplement business for 10yrs now and in my opinion, SMPnutra is an outstanding company that goes above and beyond in terms of communication, professionalism, and product quality.

Don't trust them. They don't have valid CGMP certification available. Poor customer service. The team doesn't reply to emails.

There is no value for customer service, I don't recommend it.

Scammers! Be careful with them. Sent less than was ordered and do not want to return the money.

Solid company. Responsive. Deliver within expected windows. Solid products. Quality manufacturing and great customer service. Give them a go!
