Lovely helpful staff and superb selection of perfumes and makeup.

Very friendly helpful staff had an issue with a product that with further investigation the brand had changed the formula….without informing sales The same issue with John Lewis uk with the same product…Seruya above and beyond in dealing with the issue !!

I like SM Seruya because they are one of very few stores in EU that sell & ship Benefit cosmetics at affordable prices. But that's about it for the good part.

I find it unbelievable that in such a competitive online market, it takes them so long to ship & deliver products within EU.

Placed my order on Thursday, Sep 28th. Got an email on Monday Oct 2nd saying that my order has been shipped. Unfortunately, the order hasn't been shipped and the tracking number I got wasn't working till Friday Oct 6th, which is when the order has actually been shipped. It's deceitful to send an email on Oct 2nd claiming the "order is on it's way" when it hasn't moved till Oct 6th.

This means it took them 6 business days to even send the package which is insane.

Finally, order arrived today October 27th. So basically, one month since it's been ordered.

Order only if you're willing to forget about what you ordered for a month and definitely take tracked shipping.

Excellent service and quick delivery hope to deal with you again.

My order came through speedily seeing it was from Gibraltar. Also a lovely surprise, as well, when I found a little sample product in the packaging. Will certainly use again for price & speed.

I ordered 2 products from them very early in May 2016. After one month of still not receiving thhese I was sent emails to rate my experience with them. I desperately tried to get in contact with them for a few days via their website and using my account and when I got no response I emailed them from my personal address to no response. I then had to search and find them on fcbk and write a very angry letter asking why no one was replying to me. I finally got someone to reply to me to say they responded to my emails on their website, which basically means that when I log onto my account on their site I had to go searching for replies. Even after three or four very angry emails (and by then concerned fraud was involved), they made no effort to contact me via another route. Anyway, the person on fcbk convinces me to have my order resent to me at no extra cost (though i feel they should have given me a refund for the massive delay and not holding onto their promise of a 15day worldwide delivery). It has been OVER ONE MORE MONTH, and my package is STILL on transit and I have again been emailing them via three routes for two days now with not ONE reply. There are a lot worse ills in this world, I know. This is a classic first world problem. But they need to be held accountable for lack of customer service, terrible attitude, making service promises they failed twice to keep and not replying to a paying customer who is now asking for a refund and getting no reply.

Can only comment on Clarins Super Rich Body Lotion and their Hand Lotion & Foot Lotion set. Both really lovely, and at a great reduction compared to the high street. Even with the 'email me when in stock' option, you have to be so quick to catch the products, as it took me 3 attempts to order these, so I would say if you see them, then order them promptly.

Having said that, once available, the ordering was quick and painless, and the items arrived well packaged, and really promptly as promised.

Have already recommended to 2 of my friends. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Great quality of service- prices, delivery and online chat. Order was delivered to my address, not to postal office, which was great. Had problem tracking my order, however, but personally for me not a big issue.

I've been shopping at S.M. Seruya in Gib for 35 years. The in-store personal service is always excellent and I was delighted to find out that they offer mail order. I placed my first order on 19th May and received it on 24th May. It arrived beautifully packaged and presented. This is a brand that you can wholehearted trust.
