Leider nicht das was es einmal war. Sie verlangen nun Geld für fast alles ohne besser zu werden. Ich verlasse nun Snapchat.

Op Snapchat worden commerciële sex diensten aangeboden door veel partijen. Snapchat blokkeert je als je daar over klaagt. Het is een industrie. Accounts maken reclame voor andere “meiden”. Lijstjes met prijzen worden gedeeld nog voordat je hallo zegt.
Daarnaast zijn er oplichters die hier gebruik van maken je vooraf laten betalen en dan weg zijn.
Nieuwe accounts worden simpel weer aangemaakt en de oplichters gaan verder.
Er wordt niks aan gedaan. Vermoedelijk verdient Snapchat aan deze activiteiten.
Aangifte bij politie is zinloos ook met bewijzen, ook daar blijven reacties uit.

Aufgrund der Memory Sache ist Snapchat für mich unten durch das ist tot Asozial und bodenlos!!

I've had Snapchat account for +8 years and woke up this morning with a Snapchat video in my memories from 5 years ago. I posted the video as an ANTI DRUG POST saying I'm glad I'm done doing drugs and have put all that behind me and they banned me and deleted my account which I paid $5 a month for. AND they're charging for storage data now all of a sudden when it's been free since I've had the app so how does that happen? SIMPLE, GREED.
Then on top of those two issues Snapchat promotes sexual content 24/7 too. I highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND 0/10!

I got a second hand phone and it had a device ban on Snapchat. My snap account has no problem but I can’t access on my new phone. Customer service only said they’re unable to assist me and ignored any other e-mails.

Crazy having to pay for features that have been free since forever. Features involving memory storage, WHICH IS LITERALLY ONE OF THE KEY FUNCTIONS of snapchat.

Ich bin unfassbar enttäuscht, dass snapchat mit dem neuen update uns nutzer alle unsere gesammelten Erinnerungen weg nehmen will. Wer nicht zahlen will hat pech. Ich sehe es nicht ein Geld zuzahlen, obwohl es jahre lang auch ohne ging. Zeit für eine neue app!

Finde das neue Update ganz ganz schlimm. Wie, es werden Erinnerungen gelöscht wenn man nicht für sie zahlt?

Absolutely awful. Snapchat used to be free and fun, but now they want us to pay just to access our own memories? This is ridiculous. My personal snaps and memories are essentially being held hostage unless I pay a subscription. Feels greedy, frustrating, and completely user-unfriendly. Would not recommend.

prevents you from deleting your account, blocking you for 3 days !!!! if you enter the wrong password (but not preventing you from accessing the service which is in itself an abheration) and the 72 hours is clearly a way to discourage you from deleting account. So steals data, prevents deletion, everything to go against privacy and control over data, everything to screw GDRP... Dont use this!

Ich nutze Snapchat seit über 13 Jahren und habe dort Erinnerungen aus dieser gesamten Zeit. Inzwischen ist es kaum noch möglich, diese sinnvoll zu verwalten oder zu löschen. Die Auswahl ist stark begrenzt, es gibt keine Löschfunktion nach Jahr oder Zeitraum, und Aufräumen ist extrem mühsam. Gleichzeitig wird ein kostenpflichtiges Speicher-Upgrade beworben. Das fühlt sich an, als würden langjährige Erinnerungen gezielt als Druckmittel genutzt, um Geld zu verdienen. Eine sehr enttäuschende Entwicklung.

Wie ich muss für mein Bilder jetzt Geld zahlen ????? Die App wird gelöscht oder ihr ändert das sofort!!!!!

I am not glad about the recent update, now they have decided that memories should cost money to store! So I obvisoly tried to download all my data because I don’t want to pay for something that was free when I agreed on using the ap. AND IT TOOK OVER 10 HOURS TO DOWNLOAD ONLY 1/20 OF EVERYTHING STORED. Never using this ap again if it will not change. Do not use this ap if you want to be happy.

The app just got all about money… i’m really disappointed, i treasure this memories and now i have to pay to keep them. they know what they are doing!

keep doing it and no one will use this app again.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Ever. I have been emailing since August about an issue (they have placed AI pics in my album and they are not my pictures and I would like them removed). I have had to follow up basically each email and keep explaining my issue. They have told me to try the same thing over and over again which doesn't work. Will be deleting my account.
