Breach of privacy and total disregard
My photo book arrived today and the front and back covers were my photos but the pages contained photos which weren't mine.
A total breach of privacy, these photos are of children and their names have been printed.
Makes me wonder where my photo pages ended up.
After contacting Snapfish and wasting a heap of time they offered me a $20 credit for delivery. This is my 2nd book 2 out of 2 to be stuffed up.
Ongoing spam emails without a way to opt-out
Definitely avoid this company. They'll hound you for years and years with spammy emails, encouraging you to buy more products, even if you only made a purchase once. I think I made a one-off purchase over 10 years ago, but they still send me marketing emails without an opt-out or unsubscribe button.
Snapfish Review
I ordered a magic mug, it took about 1 and a half weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was in extremely good condition. And it changed from black to pictures really nicely. If you are looking for a customisable gift then this well be good.

Prints not fitted to photo size
I ordered a size of photo which I thought was the right one. My fault, I didnt get the ruler out but I did expect to receive photos that fitted the size. Instead I received photos with heads chopped off, people chopped out. Not good. Every size should fit the photo surely.
Cards only got for the Rubbish
All my personally designed cards got sent to me with a snapfish logo on them!! Added by snapfish after I uploaded my own personal designs. Tried to contact top reach resolution but nobody responded. Had to throw cards in the bin. Dont waste your money. you get what you pay for!

I've ordered a few things of Snapfish,had pretty good interaction great photos, this time not do good. Ordered a photo book and got it but guess what? It's some other families treasured photo book I received. They say they will redo my book but I'm stuck with someone else's memories.

I had 2 photo-books printed with Snapfish and I was reasonable happy with the result, except that the printed images were a bit on the dark side. I wanted to get in touch with them to talk about it, and that's were I started to dislike this company. There is no contact email address and no-one answered on their chat service - I've tried twice. I wrote several times to their info@ and legal@ email address but they don't respond. One of their slogans is 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' - but how can they if there is no way to contact them? I don't trust a company that is not reachable or contactable - sheer arrogance.
Forget Snapfish - there has to be better out there.
BTW. Their tools to compile a photo book are reliable (I had no issues) and adequate, but not great. No decent backgrounds or borders - you've got to come up with your own if you want something better that basic.
Anyway - I have unsubscribed from Snapfish!
Give Snapfish a miss.
I have used Snapfish for years to do photo books and more recently calendars. I have had good service from them up until about mid 2024. I then noticed the address had changed to Snapfish New Zealand. I think the processing is done in Auckland. The Head Office is in Christchurch. It is clear to me that the NZ branch of Snapfish is badly in need of training. Talking to the "chat bot" doesn't help. They say they will do X and promptly repeat the error they were supposed to be correcting. I won't use them again.

Bloody rubbish
Bloody rubbish, my order, according to tracking, has arrived in destination country, ie Sydney, Australia. I'm in New Zealand. I think I've been scammed.

If I could give zero stars I would. They screwed up the photo book l ordered and sent it with another family's photos. No email address to contact so had to dig one up. Avoid this dodgy company at all cost.
Absolutely terrible service andâŠ
Absolutely terrible service and products were terrible too.
Customer Service were unable to help with a change of address (within minutes of the order). They sent me on to someone else who took 7 days to reply. My one order was delivered in 3 seperate parcels (to wrong address) and I was unable to get their tracking to work, or anyone that could help me. Seems they had a lot of trouble understanding my requests
The files i sent were high quality and the products (two canvas) were so pigmented and dark it was very disappointing.
Many years ago snapfish was good (probably because not much competition) but today they are rubbish.
Damaged print, zero customer sevice
Print was delivered severely damaged. Creased and edges bent. Trying to get customer service via their "live" chat, sat in the online queue for 30 minutes only to be told to "reconnect", then sent to the back to the queue. This repeated 4 times before I gave up. 2 hours of my life I'm not getting back.
Crazy high shipping cost
Have used snapfish a few times now but will think twice next year when I do our calendars. The shipping is ridiculously high and goes up another $7 or so for each calendar you add, after minimum is initially added.
They do good quality calendars but no way the shipping should be this price. Only reason I stuck with them at the end was because of the time I spend putting them together.
Absolutely NO Customer Support
I bought 4 printed cups as a test run for a promotional series for my business, in spite of the absurdly high shipping charges (each additional cup incurs another shipping charge!)
They arrived with the logo printed on the wrong side making them unfit for purpose. Mistakes happen, that's OK.
But there is NO customer support, no phone number, no email, just a useless chat bot to connect you with a "Live Agent" who NEVER shows up. I have wasted 2 hours waiting for it over two days.
It is unforgivable to fail to provide support for goods and services you sell.
I lost a small amount of money, and they lost a series of large orders.
Lesson learnt.
I will edit this review if I ever hear from them, but I don't expect to.
As for me? The worthless cups have gone straight to the landfill, a place where Snapfish belongs.

I have ordered from Snapfish since 2017, including hardcover books, prints, canvases, and cards. I also order annual Christmas cards and have had no problems with Snapfish. The prices are very affordable once you add the discount code. It is unfortunate that others have not had the same experience.
Christmas cards failed to deliver
Ordered Christmas cards using a photo of my own in early November. When cards still hadn't shown up at beginning of December, fought my way through the customer support options and asked them to follow up. There response was to reprint and deliver by 20th December (not very useful for sending Christmas cards out on time) or refund. Customer Support Agent really didn't care about the problem, did not try to remedy it and no compensation provided other than refund, which did not include shipping costs.

PLEASE do not make my mistake!!! I saw the discount and rushed through and made 4 photobooks, literally working 3 days straight- to be told later they all were cancelled, no explanation! Gutted! No one answered the NZ phone. Using the chat feature I was told I should have downloaded my photos on FULL resolution (dropdown button bottom right corner when downloading photos). Arrgh! Why would they even have an option of average resolution???Fortunately I was able to edit my ordered books, keeping the formats and text. It took ages to find the hundreds of photos all again as I did not have them in folders. But I am very happy with the final product of glossy hardcover photobooks for my grandchildren, with thick, quality paper, good binding and photo resolution. I also like how easy the programme was to be creative, embellish and move photos around. Two more things I wish I had known: 1/ Postage adds $8-14 more per item as they charge it individually. 2/ The discount offers start again as soon as the last one finishes. I wish I had made just one book as a trial, having to redo 4 was very time consuming.
