I have made several photobooks through Snapfish and find the process very easy and enjoyable. I receive the books in good condition and very quickly after sending off the order.

I have created many memory books with Snapfish. It was easy creating childhood photo books to send to my adult sons living overseas, cheaper than posting boxes of photos. I also made memory books of our departed family members and pets. I enjoy the creativity and making it personal to someone special. When I added photos and text time lining a student I taught for three years from age 5. He can read and look back. Snapfish are generous rewarding all customers and will willingly sort out queries/concerns. Prices are within a reasonable range. Processing and delivery are within time frame given. I ❤ designing my own COVID masks along with birthday and greeting cards. Their site has a vast selection of designs and helpful features. I rate Snapfish as my #1 reliable, quality photo shop!

I have used Snapfish many times and have always found then very reliable and fast. Delivery is usually always as expected and only a few times when I have had an issue and had to contact them, they have been obliging and sorted out the issues without any further hassle.

I still find it difficult to edit my text that accompanies the photos in a book. There needs to be a greater zoom function.
The online ordering is very straightforward and I was very pleased with the relatively prompt delivery. It came to New Zealand from Australia and in these covid times it was still here within 2 weeks. Thank you

On the whole they have done well but I had one lot of photos that didn’t turn up here? There is now I could find on the site to let them know that it hasn’t turned up.
