I have had a few photo books over the years and they have all been excellent. Each time I learn more of how to do it better for myself. They are certainly value for money especially when you do them when they are on special.

I have created many photobooks with Snapfish, and I have been very happy with the final product with one exception, where the coloring was slightly greenish.
I find it easy to upload photos, but hard to see the small thumbprints when you are choosing from a large number of images to put on a page. Easy to manipulate once installed on the page, and easy to rearrange pages. The price is excellent when there are specials, and I have never had to wait long for the finished product to arrive. I would love it if a PDF version could be made possible so I could keep an electronic copy on my own computer.

Your website is very user friendly and there are so many options when putting your project together. Have ordered 3 different items and love every one of them. Will definitely use Snapfish again.

I have used Snapfish on many occasions for photobooks, calendars and gift items. They consistently provide a high quality product with prompt delivery. Prices are competitive. I would recommend them to all.

I have been using snapfish.co.nz for photo gifts for around 8 years now, and the quality, service and pricing has always been exceptional. Other websites and providers of photo gifts do not come close to snapfish in terms of the quality and offering available. On a couple of occasions, I have had issues with the gifts ordered, and these have been resolved immediately and professionally. I have recommended this website to lots of family and friends.

I placed an order for some prints, and snapfish provided a tracking number that didn't exist. I contacted the cs and was told let me investigate , I didn't hear back so I called again to get an update, this time the cs person tells me that she will investigate again and she didn't know what was happening with my order. Of course by now I had gone well over their standard delivery time and frustrated so when I asked her to speak with a manager she told me I wasn't the only customer they were dealing. One would hope not- and that the manager didn't have access to making an outbound call .Now in this day and age any organisation and someone in their management team didn't have access to a phone sounds a bit strange. I thought so too as apparently they were only allowed to email.
One of the WORST company to deal with.
