Quiet accessible and stylish. Great add on to new parents.

Very disappointing experience. The product description said the bed rail fits **all beds including queen size**, but it **does not fit my queen bed and is too large**. I contacted customer support for a refund/exchange, but **no response at all**. Poor product description and poor customer service.

I’m writing this after being completely disappointed and cheated by StarAndDaisy.

I had ordered a kids scooter from their website, expecting a brand-new product. What I received was a used/returned and defective scooter with scratches and a faulty back wheel.

The scooter was already assembled, and it was immediately clear that it had been used before. The back wheel made loud, grinding noises and sometimes got stuck, making it completely unsafe for a child.

When I contacted their customer support, instead of accepting their mistake, the executive ignored my questions, kept repeating policy lines, and tried to push me to accept spare parts. When I refused, they went one step further and falsely claimed that the scooter was “used by my kid”!

That was extremely offensive, the only reason I even recorded a video was to show the defect clearly.

To make things worse, they demanded an “unboxing video” as proof. Seriously, how can a normal customer be expected to record unboxing videos for every purchase? I’m not a YouTuber. I trusted this brand and never imagined I would need such proof to show that I was cheated with a used product.

Their behavior was irresponsible, arrogant, and unethical. I have now filed an official complaint on the National Consumer Helpline and submitted all evidence - emails, chats, photos, and videos showing how they delivered a used and defective product but kept avoiding responsibility.

I urge everyone - don’t waste your money or trust on StarAndDaisy.

Their products may look good online, but their quality control and after-sales service are horrible.

They sell used products as new, blame customers, and hide behind unreasonable policies.

Please learn from my experience and stay away from this brand. They don’t deserve your trust.
