I ordered 5 sets of 36 acrylic markers. After 3 months, I received ONE set of 24 markers. There isn't even a set of 24 markers listed on the website. After 4 months, no word on what I ACTUALLY ordered. They keep kicking the can down the road saying "we'll check with the carrier" and "we'll check with the fulfillment team". This company leaves breadcrumbs to keep you waiting and has no intention of sending you what you ordered. Asked for a refund, asked to return what I received, only to find that I would have to pay to return and when they receive it, get a refund. Have zero trust I will get refunded upon return. Just want my money back from order #65412. What a frustrating buying experience, for a Christmas present for my daughter

Biggest scammers ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Been trying to get a refund since last Nov. for an order that was never received. Nothing but BS from them. It is now April 6th 2026 and still not resolved.

This so called club is a scam. I purchased some pens in September of 2025 and have still not received them. I have sent endless emails trying to get to the bottom of this. Then on top of not getting what I ordered they charge a $29.00 membership fee. I have told them multiple times that I never signed up for this membership. I have been trying to get a refund for the product I have still not received and the membership fees. Contact persons name is Lena and that is the only person I have been able to talk to, no manger or supervisor just Lena. This is such a joke.

I have tried multiple times to cancel the "membership" that I was automatically signed up for when purchasing a single item. I have filled out the cancellation information several times, with email response from the company, but no cancellation has been activated. I have continued to be charged a monthly subscription fee since August 2025. In total $239.92 of monthly fees taken without my permission and still no clear confirmation on cancellation after several attempts at the link they provide on their website.

I too ordered a hair trimmer months ago & have received no product or refund if my money. I've sent numerous emails & am always told what I want to hear. But they aren't doing a thing.

If I could give zero stars, I would do that. First of all, I ordered one object and it was sent out, but for some reason, I was never given a tracking number. I waited 30 days upon the request of the customer service representative in order for them to possibly receive said tracking number from the shipping company, but it never came and also never came my package. Lucky for me. The item was returned, but the shipping and handling and expedited shipping was not covered on top of that. I was unaware of this random amazing 2999 membership fee that was automatically assessed after a 14 day period for a monthly membership that I had no idea I was now going to have how I would've known. I would've made sure I've never made this purchase ever in the first place. This is the worst company on the face of the planet. They should be proud that they have achieved a goal that no one should ever strive for.
Edit: yeah cause that's a smart thing. Let me post all of my personal information on the Internet for everyone to see great idea… I might have to say that was sarcastic because sarcasm doesn't seem to translate over texting. I've already contacted your customer service department they've helped me as much as they can, which is still not enough. I've received my refund, but I'm still disgusted by the fact of this so-called "" membership and it doesn't seem like I'm the only one that has had an issue with said membership.

I ordered from this place in November, it’s now February and I still haven’t received my order. I have sent many emails, everytime I’ve been told the order is in transit. I ask for a tracking number or some type of way to track and I’m told they will look into it and let me know, but then I don’t hear back from them until I reach back out. I really think this place is scamming people out of their money.

I ordered a promo deal of buy 1 get 2. I received 1. When I contacted customer service they told me the promo is no longer in effect even though the web page still shows the promo is active. They also have taken $29.99 out of my account for the past 3 months without permission. They said when I purchased from them it automatically sets me up for some sort of monthly subscription. This was not disclosed at all during the purchase and checkout process. I said I wanted my extra items or a return label and my money back. I was told I have to pay to ship it back. They should be shut down.

I ordered an item in December 2025, never received. I emailed them several times and every time there was an apology and reassurance that the item would have come soon. I am still waiting in February 2026, and now I got charged again and just found out I was somehow subscribed as a VIP customer, which I NEVER asked for.
This company is a complete scam.

If I could give this company a negative number I would. I placed an order on October 31, 2025 for a Christmas gift. It is now Feb 9, 2026. It has still not arrived, but I have paid for it, plus they have charged me 4x for "membership fees" so I can order more items from their "club" at a discount. Not likely that I would ever see those items either. I have emailed with them ever since a few weeks after I placed my order, requesting a tracking number and never received any. I have never been able to find my order number in the system (according to them, that isn't possible until it ships). I am told with each email that they only need two weeks to check into this for me. Its been four (4) months. I have worked in shipping and receiving. It doesn't take this long to get something from China. Temu seems to be able to accomplish it.

I received less than zero product, but it will not allow me to leave zero stars. I had to do some digging to even figure out how I ever got into this mess, because I never received the acrylic markers I ordered in OCTOBER for 19.99. That apparently added me to a club I never consented to, and this “club” has since cost me 139.95. I am a single mom of teenage boys. I don’t have $140 lying around. Those markers were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boys. I assumed they got lost somewhere in the chaos. I don't have a problem assuming the best of a situation. But the fact that I have missed that money going out is shameful. And shame on you for taking it.

Fraud Fraud Fraud. Pay for an it doesn't come but then months later you get charged for some bogus membership. I was back an forth with them for a while and nothing. i have tried disputing with my bank too.
