SNG Barratt レビュー

Good communication, parts as advertised.

Super quick and fair reaction after a part was missing in the shipment.

Very helpful and friendly

If the product is not up to a good standard you should never sell it.

Right part, right price, amazing delivery. Thanks SNG

Excellent knowledge and communication throughout the process of ordering and discussing the suitability of parts for my vehicle. I collected the parts in person and again face to face contact with the sales agent to conclude the sale is friendly and personal. First stop shop for E type parts.

A great service, with almost all parts avaliable that we need . Very fast shipping .

The purchase was not described correctly. I incurred excessive customs fees. The purchase should have been described as maintenance product. Not auto part. The duty came to more than the purchase price of the itemm.

Helpful staff and super quick delivery. Several days earlier than expected.

The website is good and has most of the information needed to buy the correct parts

Excellent service from SNG. Super quick, efficient and friendly. Very competitive pricing will be using again.

I find your postage and packaging could do with review. If a very small part like a seal, clip, nut, washers, particularly if the item has a lesser value than £6.99, it could save cost to pop them into a jiffy packet. It seems overkill to use a large box and wadding. It does make me cringe to see such small items packed in this way, let alone the excessive cost of packing materials.

Generally a great business experience with 2 provisos - one suspension part incorrectly listed requiring contact
- when proceeding with a purchase, there is no back button if a mistake is found just before payment - at this point the only way is to close down the connection and start again

Fantastic service from the knowledgable and helpful sales staff combined with an extensive stock for sale at reasonable prices all makes for a winning combination.
Such a shame that they don't use Royal Mail for small items - a small rubber bush cost a lot because it was delivered via DHL, whereas it could have been slipped in an envelope and delivered first class the next day for a lot less cost.

Very helpful, friendly on the telephone, Excellent service & super quick delivery

Delivered quickly and quality genuine part!!👍

First time I have used this company and certainly very impressed with the rapid service and the great web site.
Will use again for parts for me Mk 2 Jag

Quick response
