Hi. Can anybody pipe up and blow the whistle on this merchant.???
I stupidly purchased a pillow through this company on Afterpay, thinking I had a safety net at least through a reputable pay method, turns out like all of you are saying Snoozu are a bogus/fraudulent merchant who do nothing but false advertising. My pillow smelt chemically and horrible and is poorly made and not even from NZ kike they advertise! The 60 day refund policy is a joke and they will block any followup emails from you if you dispute any of their decisions. I've had to contact the bank and Afterpay who say they can't help, Afterpay especially annoying because they won't even try to contact the merchant on the bogus phone numbers and emails and addresses they have displayed on their page. Tell me to take it up with the merchant. !!!! I'm a little bit wild and wonder if ANYONE has successfully got a 60day refund back from them? THIS IS A DODGY SCAM. For the record I also wish I read the reviews on trust pilot first. And AFTERPAY should NOT be supporting a bogus merchant. This whole saga shouldn't be taking up any of our time! Please if you each could report this matter so people stop falling into the trap in the future, by going to Netsafe and lodging your concerns.

I wish had read these reviews prior to purchase. It did take a long time to arrive and totally misleading saying its a NZ company. At face value, it looks better than expected however when trying it, it seems one side is higher than than the other. I bought another pillow from a NZ company and love it. Will keep this one and find a use for it. Not happy about wasting money but lesson learned for me to do due diligence in future before purchasing online.

So Dissapointing when you don't say shipped from China. If I knew that, I would have never placed the order. I could have done it myself. Absolutely misleading, I will never order from you again.

Don't tell me 5 -14 days because that is absolute rubbish if you are based in NZ. 100% kiwi owned.

This will never be here in time for Christmas.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Initial email correspondence stated priority 3-7 day shipping. Then once shipped changed to 8-10 days!! I now do not have my order in time for my holiday. Four emails to this company… CRICKETS!! They do not even respond!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Deceitful! DO NOT ORDER!!

To say I am very frustrated is an understatement. You clearly need to change your money back guarantee on the web site.
It states "At Snoozu, we're dedicated to your satisfaction" " Your happiness is our priority" clearly not.

I don't know how you can expect someone to know if the pillow will work for them without even using it.

Wish I read these reviews first. Totally got scammed. Thought I was being good by buying from a "proudly nz owned " company. But no! Shipped directly from China. Same as my temp order! Chemical smelling. Not good memory foam. Not comfortable at all. Their phone number is disconnected. Won't reply back to messages. Definitely not gonna get the "guaranteed" refund 😔

Omg what a terrible company I was so desperate for a decent pillow I never looked into this site and I could have save myself a tonne of trouble. So the big issue is they claim to be "risk-free try our product" but the moment you open it and use you YOU VOID THEIR RETURN POLICY! SO ITS FULL RISK!

I purchased a Snoozu pillow in the hope it would give me a good nights sleep as I have had an operation on my neck and had plates inserted.
Tried it 2 nights and woke with a stiff neck and a migraine both mornings. Ad said I have 60 days to return it for a refund.
I tried to return it for a refund. Well that is where the problem began. I emailed them asking for a an address to send the pillow and the refund process.
I received an email back asking for a photo of the pillow so they could check to see if it was in good condition. This I did, Then I received another email asking for a short video of the pillow. Which I also did. They came back and told me that the pillow looked in excellent condition and they could not find any faults or problems with the pillow so - I could not get a refund because the pillow was not faulty or defective and also because I purchased it 'on sale' (half price $79) I was not entitled to a refund. They said to read the refund policy - which I did. They sent me a link to open it but unfortunately I could not open it. After many frustrating hours and different programs, I opened it. It did not say anything about sending a photo or a video. Very very disappointed. Oh and they said that it needed to be in the original packaging, unopened - ha - it was rolled up and put in a plastic bag and vacuumed sealed with an outer plastic bag all taped up. How can you try it if you can't open it?????? Grrrrrr!!!!!!!
I am going to the Commerce Commission over this as it is definitely false advertising.

This company is terrible. Apparently you can’t get a refund if you take it out of the packaging. How else are you supposed to look at it? Oh and if it’s on sale you can’t get a refund either. Stupid conditions beware!!!!

My mistake was not to check the reviews here before purchasing.

As stated in the other reviews, their 60-day return policy is a total scam.

"To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging."

Don't be conned by their "Try Snoozu Risk-Free For 60 Days". It's fake.

Scam, they don't honor their guarantee, nor are their pillows good quality - do not buy, not based in NZ either! Very misleading

I am expressing my extreme disappointment with the handling of my order and the persistent issues I've faced. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem with my Snoozu pillows, the issue remains unresolved, and the replacement process has been unsatisfactory.
Given the poor quality of the products and the lack of resolution, and a sense of false hope of keeping the pretentious resolution of the replacement that never did happened to not really attend to a request for return and refund.

False advertisement; scam. As others have stated, they don’t have a 60 day return guarantee; if you try to use this policy, they’ll point to the fine print which makes impossible to return the product. The pillow is to small for bigger people (suited my wife but not me); impossible to use it throughout the night.

Don't be fooled by their advertising hype about how our satisfaction is so important to them, and their loud trumpeting about their 60-day guarantee. When you try to activate that, you get referred to their 'Refund Policy' which makes sure that very few scenarios actually qualify for that guarantee to be honoured. If they really wanted to be up-front they could highlight that refund policy right underneath the guarantee blurb. I'm out of pocket now for a product that did not live up to expectations, and they are no longer answering my emails. How am I expected to gauge my 'satisfaction' without even taking the product out of its packaging - just doing that was enough to void the guarantee, apparently. Ridiculous.

Pillow arrived. Looks the part however is smaller than expected which is not good. Whilst it has a type of memory foam it is clearly very cheap and has a very hard consistency. Not comfortable and will end up in the bin. Waste of money. If I had read the reviews prior to purchase would not have brought it, post using it would not advise purchasing it.

Took ages to come, arrived from China. Was all firm etc when received but now 2.5 months after receiving it there is no neck support, the places for your arm ir hand to go in have collapsed so can't readily pop arm under it. Don't buy as not particularly comfortable now.

My pillow has ripped apart after 3 months and customer service did ignore me. No money back.
The pillow is very uncomfortable. Their FAQ is telling a lot of lies.

They do not deliver on the product either, poor design for certain sleepers, high profile to stretch h neck into hollow.

The pillow is rubbish. They advertise a 60 Day money back guarantee. However when asking for a refund or money back due to the poor quality I was denied. False advertising. Don't offer a money back guarantee if you're not going to abide by it. Avoid at all costs.
