Complete scam. Not from countries shown online, and they do not adhere to 60 day money back guarantee with what is advertised. As soon as you ask for money back and return when product wasnât appropriate for stomach sleepers, they disappear. First request for photos is by AI. No further response from Support. This is a scam and doesnât comply with NZ marketing laws. Although the website clearly states there is a 60 day trial period and the product will be refunded, hidden in the refund T&Cs it says there are no refunds if the product is on sale. The product is always on sale though (which effectively means they never have to give a refund)! The refund T&Cs are not clearly advertised, eg no asterix saying that T&Cs apply to the sale or refund promise-I had to go looking for it. I have emailed the company a few times and have had no response, and the phone no on their Facebook page is fake. I will report them to the Commerce Commission and Consumer. First time I have ever been scammed like this, and I had felt reassured to buy from them because they said they were a NZ owned company and had that refund policy. Not recommended!!

This is why it pays to always read reviews before purchase. Bought this as I fell for all the rubbish advertising. Pillow gave me more aches than a normal one. They had a 60 day money back so asked for instructions to send it back got one email requesting pictures which I replied to and sent pictures, then nothing from them at all. These pillows are junk and the customer service is also junk. Have disappeared and no replies. Lesson learnt. Rubbish company if that is even what it is

Not sure if I have been completely sucked in the Snoozu has arrived the add said half price at $79 deliver free. No way this pillow was ever $150.00 or is even worth $79.00 very disappointed with it only low cost memory foam.

So I think people are losing their minds a bit because the pillows are shipped from china rather than aus⊠most things - good and bad are manufactured in China, so baring that in mind this isnât a bad thing in and of itself.
I was worried to see all the 1 star reviews a few days after placing my order and was about to ask snoozu for a refund. Glad I didnât and that I had waited it out instead.
It does take up to 2 weeks to arrive so there is that. One star removed for lack of communication regarding ETA. If you have the Shopify app, you get tracking info pretty much the day after placing your order. Itâs an auspost tracking number so you wonât see any tracking history until (imo) the pillow arrives to aus from China.
One of the reviews I saw here claimed that the pillow is just sponge and not memory foam. This one really had me worried - can confirm however that it is in fact memory foam. They probably failed to figure it out through their sinophobic lense.
My pillow only just arrived today in the post so I am yet to see how it actually performs, but baring in mind how it arrived in, how it looks and feels - this is 100% what they have advertised on their website. Just set the expectation for yourself that it will take a couple of weeks to arrive in, thatâs the only downside with ordering from them.

Ad came on facebook. Claimed they were a NZ company, statisfaction guaranteed or money back. I thought what could go wrong.. paid $158 for two then recieved no order confirmation. 1 week later thought it was weird I hadnt heard anything, read the reviews on here and was like ohh thats what happened.. emailed them to cancel, they replied said it was too late as it had been shipped. Pillows arrived today.. from China - complete crap and waste of money. Has chamged the way i shop online now.

This company is definitely dodgy. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. Their refund policy an absolute joke and is in no way acceptable to the nz consumers act. They do not have stock in nz and sent directly from China. Only way I received a refund was due to the fact that I payed by PayPal. Would not recommend paying with credit card.

I didnât use the pillow, only opened and then put it back to the same bag. They said they not gonna return money, as it was on sale. But even the sale price is more than twice expensive than everywhere else. However on their website with a huge letters saying that if you are not satisfied than 60 days money back guarantee.

This is a complete scam. I wish I had done my due diligence prior to placing my order but I unfortunately did not.
Yes you receive a pillow but it is NOT memory foam, itâs just regular foam. It does NOT come from New Zealand, itâs shipped directly from China (probably the same place that ships the identical pillow from Temu). They do NOT stand by their âtry risk-free for 60 daysâ that their website offers.
You cannot return the pillow unless it has been unopened (comes rolled up in a bag so impossibly to try even through packaging).
I have an email from them confirming I cannot return it once itâs opened, and even if you return it unopened, they still have the right to refuse a refund and they have confirmed they will keep the pillow as well as your money if they decide not to refund you.
This business is operating unethically, against the fair trading act and has false advertising on their website.
I have filed a report to the commerce commission and would suggest anyone else do so too if they have fallen for this website and their lies. The company stopped replying to my emails when I asked questions.

Upon receiving the product, I found that the first two claims are not accurate. This constitutes a breach of both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). And the seller refused to accept the return after 3!!! days with the stupid answer: As the item has been used and was purchased on sale, it unfortunately falls outside our refund policy. To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unused, still in their original packaging, and not purchased as part of a discounted promotion. This is another breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trade Act.

The company offer a 60 day money back garuntee as they want their customers to be happy. Unfortunately the pillow really hurt my neck and caused awful headaches.
I emailed them straight away and they asked for photos of the pillow. They then asked for a video. Sent a video and they came back saying the video shows the pillow isn't faulty and its been used so no refund. .
This is not how a 60 day money back garuntee works and I'm sure if they really are the NZ company they say they are then they would be well aware this goes against the consumer garuntees act in NZ.
Another red flag is the shipping is from China and the pillow looks identical to ones on the likes of temu.
Also they offer a pillowcase to fit the pillow. Never received this either.
Do not trust these scammers.

The company promotes the fact it is a New Zealand company and a New Zealand leader, (one of the reasons I bought from them) but after you order & pay for the product you discover from the tracking information that the items come from China. I questioned the products origin in an email to the company, as I was concerned about the type of memory foam and product safety. The customer service person offered to send me safety information and stated it was certified, non toxic etc. Then they retracted the offer citing commercial sensitivity.
It shows on their website that the product is Oeko-tex certified but the pillows do not have any label verifying that and I can't find it in the Oeko- tex registry. It also has some wool certification showing on their website but this product does not contain wool.
They offer a 60day risk free satisfaction guarantee and your money back.

Which was one of the main reasons I bought from this company.
However the pillows are hard and uncomfortable and made my neck pain worse so I invoked their 60day money back guarantee and emailed them about returning the items for those reasons and getting a refund.
I was asked to take photos and a video of the pillows and send them back to them, which I did. I also explained that they had been trialled for less than 3 hours and had been covered with my own clean pillowcases.
The response back was as they had been 'used extensively' and it was a 'regret of purchase', so they couldn't be returned and therefore no refund.
I then sent them screenshots of their advertising with their guarantees.
Regret, 60 day risk free trial etc.
I emailed back stating their 60 day money back guarentee did not specify a non usage clause and how could I know they were not as described without opening the packet or trying them.It's impossible to trial something and at the same time not use it!
I've had no response since.

Many of the reviews seem to be from the same people (same 1st name different surname initial). The phone number I found is bogus. There is no return or company address. This company under this name does not appear on the NZ companies register.
I'm out of pocket for NZ$180.
When I clicked on the email link to contact them about the product certification & product origin it brought the email address for another company - pluckyofficial - which was suspicious in itself. After I was refused a refund, I googled this company and found it listed on this site as a scam site..
I will be contacting the NZ Commerce Commission as I'm sure they are in breach of some NZ laws.
