The sizing on my purchase wasn’t as expected. I reached out to do an exchange with complete understanding that sizes run differently depending on where you are making a purchase. Months later and I still have not received a response back or a refund.

The pjs are great and a really good quality! The package arrived quickly and the customer support is great! They always provided me with information about my package. I will definitely buy again from Snuggle Heaven.

I ordered 2 pairs of pjs and everything went well, the delivery to UK took about 4 days.

I ordered on february 1st and I still didn't receive my order, they answered my emails but didn't give any real information on when my order is going to be delivered or where is it. Please don't order there if you actually want to receive something.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The customer support team was extremely responsive and provided constant updates throughout the entire process, right up until delivery.

the pajamas quality is great and the customer support i received for my questions was fast and spot-on.

I was sent a free replacement pair of pajamas by snuggle after previously receiving a pair that fit a bit small and they are much more loose and comfortable as well as the quality being just as great.

Took too long to deliver

Had some problem with my order but the customer service team was very helpful and friendly.

In the end, I got my order and I love the pants, they’re so soft! A little too long but I’m 5’1 so i didn’t expect anything else. I’m size S and I would say they’re true to size.

I placed an order on 12 december, its now 10 january and it still not arrived. do not pay for faster shipping. i am located in the netherlands btw. so maybe if you are closer to the actual shop it is faster but i am done waiting.

Shipping time is the worst!!!! I paid extra for faster shipping especially since I needed this as a Christmas gift. I ordered this on the 20th of December and it’s the 8th of January and I STILL did not get it. DO NOT pay extra for shipping

The store was very communicative and polite.
I received quick responses with clear information.
They helped me a lot to resolve the issue until I was able to receive my package.
The customer service from the store was human and professional, unlike the delivery service (iMile and yanwen, they suck)

The problem was not the store, but the delivery service. Despite issues with the courier, the store provided excellent support and guidance. I really appreciate their help and patience.
