Don't use it, even the free version isnt worth it. unethical marketing for them selves.

i was testing the tool, auto commenting alone, but iwas doing the autodm sending recommendationg to their tool, after 2 days, got my account restricted.

So far so good will update as time goes on.

I've had a very positive experience with social buddy so far. Most of my new followers have been targeted and some are engaging with my posts as well which is nice to see. It's also nice having an account manager helping optimise our campaign where needed and giving suggestions when things have slowed down. It can be a bit of a process initially when trying to find the right targets for your account, but has proved to be well worth it in my experience.

run the other way! only bot operator who gives u followers who never engange in your posts. u will end up with a high number of followers but a dead profile nothing happens and therefore the algorithm will avoid showing ur posts at all. u will have to delete ur profile and start a new one. thats the outcome!

I always make sure to check trust pilot before doing anything with any website, when I searched social buddy’s reviews, although relatively high I saw some low scores. Upon reading the low scores and seeing the the response to each of those, I saw that the responses were personalized and not generic “please get in touch with us, we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused”, nothing like that! This made me realize that there were real people on the other end of social buddy that had actual things to say, and had lived through personal experiences with each client. Why am I focusing on the low scores? Those people are usually your hardest critics, those are the people that need to be proved wrong most of the time- well, I have proved them wrong. Social buddy isn’t what those people have said it is, I have had nothing but good experiences from the start, in fact, I’m sure Theo my case manager is sick of seeing emails from me haha, I messaged whenever I liked and he responded super fast- if there was an issue it was always resolved in a timely manner. I received blog posts, helpful info and most of all I received follows. They do exactly what they say they will, the people that followed are genuine, and because it’s organic growth it’s slower, but rather that than purchasing fake followers. I’ve had an increase in engagement and I’m very pleased. I only had social buddy for a month but that has nothing to do with their services and more so my cash flow.

Total scam. Automatic billing with zero support or results.

Very nice results, just make sure you give them the correct accounts references so your campaign make sense and the correct people follow you. Good customer service and they help you with your progress.

I just subscribe Social Buddy this month not even 1 week, I sent two emails with different detailed questions, and the reply were exactly the same which you can tell they didn't read my questions at all or just ignore me and not wanting to answer them or a bot.

Until I replied with complaints and cancel right away the service (within 1 wk), then it seems to attract them to use a real person to reply me with very offending tones and attitude.

Here are the reasons I provide when I cancel the service:

1. The support team is not very supportive at all. None of my questions were answered.
2. You make me follow a lot of perverts and sugar daddies who harrase me in dms.

Here's what this real person appears to be a male chauvinist pig replied 7h ago:

"Two things to remember. Our software engages with the followers of the targets you give us. If they are full of sugar daddies and perverts, then....
There's no shortage of creeps on the internet and that's not our fault. Also, you do have quite a few suggestive photos on your site and that will certainly lead to more of those issues.

I also looked at the email exchanges with our team your questions were answered in a timely manner every time. (→ using a irrelevant excuse to defend themselves, which my complaint was not answering my questions where I also indicated detaily in my email.)

I've refunded your payment and wish you the best of luck."

The audacity this "support" has, you pay highly to their service and they treat you like they are above you.

Service is great and our account manager Theo has been very helpful. We've nearly doubled our followers in month 1. Follower quality is also very good in general

Not only I haven't been getting followers.
My account has started following strange accounts, with 10 followers and no posts and I started getting DMs constantly from doggy men.
Not at all happy with the service and canceled after a week even though I paid for the month!
This was not what was advertised at all "organic social media growth".

After reading reviews, I decided to give them a try. My first month experience was ok- they requested a lot of private accounts to follow which I’d prefer that not to happen- but I didn’t complain. It’s hard to tell how many followers I gained during this time from their efforts as I was also very actively sharing my account on other platforms to gain clients and interest in my social media (however, they will claim any new followers are from them- which is totally false). Towards the end of my first month I noticed they stopped doing anything on my account (you can tell when they are active because the accounts you are following fluctuates a lot). After a few days I was charged for the next month (which I didn’t have an issue with because I figured I’d give it another month or two). Well, still no activity. After almost a week I inquired and they told they run on a cycle and there’s down time (which you still pay for an isn’t a set amount). After learning this and having no activity on my account, I asked for a full refund for the month- since it was down time and nothing had been done. They refused and only issued a partial refund (even though nothing had been done). Just figured I’d warn anyone else who is considering using them- you don’t actually get a full month and they tend to claim success that isn’t truly from their efforts.

Literally lost followers with this service. It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. Customer service is horrible.

I was skeptical signing up for a growth service, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. They really help you dial in your targets and explain the process and how to have the most success. I also found the customer service quick and responsive. It started a bit slow, but after I found the right targets my account grew nicely for several months until I reached my followers goal.

I was really really nervous to use this company to help increase my following on Instagram and did a lot of research before signing up. I have a very niche business on Instagram and so I was able to target a very specific audience which I think helped. I gained around 300 followers a month and I increased my sales enough to cover the social buddy charges so a win win! They communicated with me really well and super fast if I ever had any questions. I really would recommend using them!

Growth has been really good & consistent, customer service is great too. Would love if they had a dashboard but aside from that, I’m happy

service did nothing but unfollow accounts, the accounts it liked were spam accounts. would not recommend if looking for real followers.

Dont waste your time.. Its an automated software that follows people that follow accounts with similar audience. I went into it knowing this was an automated app but hoping their algorithm was strong enough to make good decisions on who to follow/unfollow/like etc in order to save me time doing it myself.

After 2 days their software had followed about 30 account's in my name. About half were bot/spam and the rest were either non-English accounts or completely unrelated to my niche.

I can understand a few follows here and there that are not relevant but most of them weren't. They advertise that they'll get you real followers but really they just mean we'll go onto your competitors followers and follow the ones with the highest follow count in order to get you follow backs. For the most part this results in highly untargeted account's and spam or bot accounts.

They claim this was my fault because they just follow people from the account's I provided. However, I work in the social media tech industry and know for a fact I only provided reputable account's with fully backed social media teams. It is extremely rare to find an account with 100% authentication followers. The software should have the ability to weed out bot followers.

When I informed their team the response for why they followed so many bot/spam accounts was that it was Instagrams limitation that they could filter out spam accounts. What kind of BS is that?

Instagram does not flag account's for not following spam. It's actually the exact opposite. Them following bots/spam is highly suspicious behavior and likely to get my account banned.

Ridiculous service. Falsely advertised. Customer service socks and mainly consists of pre-written responses that don't actually address your problem.

Luckily I canceled early and got a full refund I'm just mad I missed 5 days of activity I could've been doing myself. Just for comparison, I gained 50+ authentic and engaging followers on my own in less than 3 days by liking, following, commenting account's that were highly relevant to my audience. I was hoping their software would be able to do the same in my place but after seeing the quality of the accounts they try to attract it was clearly a waste of time.

Edit: As you can tell from the way they respond to most of these reviews that this team has a very hard time taking accountability.

I did accidentally give the wrong handle and immediately responded with the correct one. After a few hours of no response back I politely checked back in to see if they were able to get logged in with the correct info. It did not take 2 days it took more like 2 hours for me to respond.

Secondly, they never offered to help optimize anything. Theo's only response was first that I gave them bad accounts to work with and that's why I was getting fake followers. Than when I assured them the accounts I gave were credible and that it's not an excuse for giving me spam/bot followers his immediate response was to give me a refund with no solution on how to eliminate fake followers. Than he informed me that it's instagrams fault why they gave me fake followers and no reputable software would be able to operate without giving fake followers. They literally advertise that they don't give fake followers and than explain why they have to.

If you can't tell from the attitude responses they aren't pleasant to work with.

Up nearly 1000 followers on tiktok since sign up. Good run so far, hope it continues
