Hi Shane. We'll reply to this one since is it the latest review of the two you added this week :( Our first mission is to help our customers grow their followers. Sometimes it works right out of the gates and you will gain followers right away, most times, like anything in life, it needs a little fine tuning to get the right settings dialed in.

In your case, you had very specific targeting for @ucphotographyaus and wanted only attractive females from Perth Australia. That is basically lead generation for your business to get models and very difficult to target exactly.

The challenge was you sent us scantily clothed IG model accounts as targets when you signed up to try an get their followers. Then were upset when "creepy" guys started following your page, which also has scantily clothed models on it. Most IG pages with bikini model pics on it will have creepy dudes following them.

But, no worries our team worked with you to try and find better targets who might have young females from the perth area. Since that is who you are targeting. (very tough to target exactly, but we rolled up our sleeves and tried to help)

You were getting girls from Perth then, but not 100% of them were (which is impossible) so with only 3 days left in your first month you demanded a refund and to cancel.

To say that we were only automated emails and excuses isn't fair. We have email chains of many attempts by our team to personally optimize your account and fine tune it to your liking.

Nothing happens overnight and a little optimization is needed to get the account running for the long term success especially with such specific targets for your followers. Its a Shame you didn't have the patience to let us do what we do best and grow your account.

Good luck and know that you will find the same issues with any service you might try.

Thanks for the feedback Sarah. We used to have a dashboard, but we feel giving our customers a dedicated account manager was better than self service. Also IG has a great analytics system built into their app already.

Hi James.

We kindly and professionally offered to refund your money in full if we could not stay consistently connected to your account, even after trying to fix the issue. We did eventually refund you in full for your last payment.

Clicking on your profile here in Trust Pilot, we see you gave us, Kicksta and Social Bound all bad reviews, for what seems to be the same issues and you note, you have hopped around to different services. Seems the issue happened a few times with your account, not just ours or kicksta's service.

As we discussed in our emails to you, a very small percentage of customers have some technical issues. Yours being one of these. As explained, instagram just would not keep the connection consistent from your account to our app.

Usually this happens if a customer hops around to many different growth services in a short period of time or if the customer has a history of buying followers, doing too much activity, etc.

As mentioned above, it seems that you have used many growth services and probably some that were cheap and less reputable before others, these could have got your account flagged and then you will have issues connecting to other apps.

Sorry it wasn't perfect. We tried to fix the issue and were ok to refund when it was clear the issues would not go away.

We are surprised you would leave a bad review but we'll respond.

You signed up with us on Jan 24th, your account was already following 7500 people. This is a bit spammy, but we approved your account anyway. Giving you the benefit of the doubt.

As most know, 7500 is the max IG will allow you to follow. So you asked us to start unfollowing for you because 7500 following looks bad and you can't grow.

In your own words: "I have almost capped the max number of follows - probably makes sense to get some room for you to move? Feel free to unfollow the inactive accounts I’m currently following."

We agreed and off we went. Our app did 150-200 unfollows per day for you over two weeks which is the IG limit per day. So then we had reduced your following by 2000+ after the first 14 days which was enough room to start growing.

At that point you complained that your account wasn't growing and demanded to cancel. Maybe you forgot you had already requested us to unfollow first? We were confused, maybe you were too. No problem though, we set your account so it didn't renew.

With the remaining two weeks left in your first month, we grew your account over 500 new followers! Pretty good when your account is about medieval knights sword fighting at the renaissance fair. Very specific and small niche.

So, we are not really sure why you are writing negative a review. You chose to end prematurely. We did what you asked by unfollowing and your account grew by 500 in the two weeks we had left.

A negative review isn't really fair based on the above and how we accommodated your account from the start.

You mention you can do it manually, but it seems like you tried and only ended up with 7500 people you were following and then asked us to help fix it.

Hi There.

When a client signs up, they receive a welcome email right away. Then within 24 hours, their dedicated account manager personally reaches out to let them know their account is approved and activated with a list of next steps. The next day or two we reach out again to give some tips for success, how to communicate with us and have the best experience possible with our service.

We track every customer email communication through a system. I see you have been emailing with us more than a few times. Your account manager has replied and answered your questions within a few hours each time or the next morning if you emailed late at night.

To say we disappear or have a lack of communication really isn't fair to your account manager who has, in my professional opinion, been on top of every request you made.

I count over 10 emails so far in your first few weeks and all answered in a timely and professional manner from our team.

I see in the email exchanges you requested a feature we do not currently offer and you became a little aggressive with our rep. I'm guessing that is the reason for this review. It's not for a lack of communications.

I hope you would reconsider this review because it is inaccurate and we are surprised it was written like this.

Hi Jonathan. I looked up your name in our system and see that our team sent you several emails in the first two weeks and replied to every request you made on our support email.

Most importantly we were reaching out because you continuously were disconnecting our app, which would stop it from performing.

The strange thing is every time we replied to you, you would email again saying no one is responding to you. There had to be an issue with your email provider or filters.

For that reason we felt it was better to cancel your account and refund your payment.

Sorry, but I have checked all our customer records and there is no Shanti as a client of ours.

This review is suspiciously similar to the last bad review both of which seem to be fakes from our competition. Both start out with scam in the title which would try to deter our potential customers from signing up with us. They both try to say our service team is rude, which is the completely far from reality.

I really hope our competitors are not stooping this low, but it seems like they are.

We are not perfect and sometimes we have issues. We'll own up to it and make concessions when warranted.

Shanti please provide your IG name or other way to help us figure out if you are a real person to help resolve this or just the competition. Thanks

I checked out customer records and there isn't a Pat, Patrick, or Patricia who complained or signed up in the last month or two for our service.

We find it suspicious that someone so upset as to write this type of review and said they were treated poorly by our staff, would not show up in any of our support emails. Especially using the word scammers. That would be the furthest from the truth as we take all customers seriously and do everything we can to offer a successful campaign. Even offering refund when we mess up.

Scam would be taking your money and never communicating with you or delivering any service. That would never happen with us.

We are seeing an increase in fake negative reviews from our competition and its sad to see these as it is quite unprofessional if that were the case

I think you reviewed the wrong company for a few reasons.

Fact check.

1. I looked through our list of clients and do not see an Alyson Limehouse anywhere in our database from going back the last year or so.

2. You sad you talked to us on the phone, but we have not offered phone support in 9 months since covid hit and everyone has been working from home. We only have email support.

3. We haven't raised our prices more than $2 in the last 9 months, there is no way we would double anyone's subscription.

Sorry you feel this way. I don't think your review is fair and I'll explain why.

As we discussed in email, we don't seem to be the right match for your expectations. Since you post this public review, I have to publicly respond with the details.

Our service is based on slow and steady organic growth over time, not overnight. We ramp up and things are natural. We clearly define this in the sign up pages of our website.

Our service works really well for most accounts, but some, like yours, already have issues that will slow or stop the growth.

1. You only had 50 followers when you signed up. We actually thought your account was a fake at first.

2. Your page has restricted content. I wish I could attach a screenshot to this, but IG is hiding your page without age verification. https://www.instagram.com/Cupidrosesgc/

Trying to view your page prompts a message from IG saying you need to be 21 or older to view. Actually very few people can even see your page to decide if they want to follow you or not. I personally can't get beyond the age check because there isn't an option.

How can you expect people to follow you if they can't see your page?

Your time with us is only 2 weeks so far, not even a full month yet and we have doubled your followers even with the above issues.

The challenge is you want thousands of followers overnight and that isn't possible if you want real followers. you can easily get that by buying fakes if you want.

It is ok if you made a mistake and picked an organic growth service when you really just wanted a boost in your numbers.

Your page is hidden by IG for inappropriate content which has nothing to do with our services, only your posting.

So we had refund the remaining 2 weeks you didn't use and canceled your service.

I think this was very considerate of us, especially with all the time we have already spent in emails and troubleshooting only to find out your page and content is the real issue.
