The delivery came later than I expected but when they arrived the delivery men were extremely excellent. They went out of their way to ensure my sofas were in the house and nicely assembled. The sofas are of high quality. I cannot fault them at all. Excellent work.

I had an excellent experience with this service! They delivered my sofa on time, and the driver was very kind. I was initially worried after reading some reviews, but I'm really glad I chose to buy my sofa from them. They even took it upstairs (1st floor )for me without any issues

Absolutely over the moon! Bought 3 and 2 seater Roma recliners and they've arrived in mint condition. They're 100% better quality than the sofas we bought from DFS at a fraction of the cost! The gentlemen that delivered were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble!

Great experience with my order of 7 seater sofa

They advertised a sofa on Amazon. I purchased a 2 and 3 seater from Sofaheaven for £799. The sofas they delivered were NOT the ones pictured in Amazon. The ones advertised were of good quality and advertised by other online companies. The ones delivered were of extremely poor quality. Cheaply put together and cheap materials. I doubt would last a couple of years of wear and tear. I asked for my money back, and threatened them with legal consequences. Only after, this they offered me a refund of £200 if I deleted my bad review on Amazon. I did this to avoid further headache and stress from them. Avoid these pirates at all costs and pay the little extra at a reputable company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, all positive reviews are fake. They are quick to take your money and then will ignore you. My sofa has the feet and screws missing, ottoman was broken in half with the screws missing and staples hanging out all over the place. I cut my hand on opening up one of the boxes on one. You can't get an answer from the phone and can't leave a message as mailbox is full so says a lot, just stay clear and go a proper shop, wish I did.

**NEVER BUY FROM THEM** I bought a 3 seater sofa and an armchair from Sofa Heaven on Amazon and the colours didn’t match ! I reached out and they said that’s all they have in stock and refused to offer a refund! All their 5 star reviews are fake! Check they’re reviews on Google

This company does not even deserve a one star. My sofa was damaged as the leg was broken. They said that they would send me a leg I never received it. This has been going on since June. They are now unlawfully refusing a return. ****** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNETHICAL ********

Absolute scam artists, product recieved damaged. Company page full of lies. From service to return to courier company, don't five them your money, you will never get it back and further more they will try charge you more when you are unhappy. Also another lie on there site.

Front of house drivers ,we our both disabled not only did they move old furniture ,they put new one together cannot fault the service ,company brilliant furniture was truly lovely

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE i bought a sofa from them via Amazon and the sofas were nothing like the original photos they were very poor quality and had no fire safety labels on either of the sofas i contacted Sofa Heaven they said all our sofas have fire labels i took pictures of the sofas everywhere but no labels attached , i put a bad review on amazon and they said if i don't take it down they will not come and collect the sofas very intimidating so i took it down and they have deducted the returns from my refund i have contacted Amazon to complain so just waiting to hear back then i will take this further to trading standards as these items should not be sold without fire protection labels very bad experience i just wish i had looked at the reviews before buying can see others have had the same experience total scammers hope trading standards and amazon act on this information ASAP before others are scammed

We ordered a 6 seater and 3 seater crushed velvet sofa absolutely loved them it looks so gorgeous and its so comfortable.

Customer service is very good.

Delivery is very quick too.

Would recommend to friends and family.
