THE FRAME DID NOT FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY

Avoid this place like the plague they are selling sofas on Amazon that look like dream sofas and when the sofa comes it looks nothing like the sofa you ordered. The business then ignore your calls, texts and emails and it’s hard to get your money back

Really good service & fast delivery! The customer service gentleman was really friendly & also the delivery driver was chatty and friendly.
Fabulous sofa too & great quality.

There customer service is great there go out of there way to make sure the customer as a good overall customer experience when dealing with them. So any issues reach out to them is my advice. I get the feeling there a growing company and are learning constantly like all companies do

I ordered a corner unit to my surprise I was told on delivery it was doorstep delivery Only something they could have mentioned on the phone.

They delivered half of a sofa with no legs.😂😂😂😂 I’m deadly serious.

The driver lied to me and told me that the other part of the sofa would be arriving in a couple of hours so I put together what I already had patiently awaiting the middle part of my sofa it never came.
The results are I’m left with a CHEAP POORLY MADE HALF OF A SOFA WITH NO LEGS!!!!!

Sofa Heaven's service is an absolute disaster! I purchased a sofa from them in October and lo and behold, it arrived with a gaping hole in it! When I dared to inform them about this unacceptable flaw, do you know what they had the nerve to offer as compensation? A measly £20! Yes, you heard that right, a laughable £20 for a sofa that cost me nearly £700.

And the horror doesn't end there! When I demanded a refund, it was like talking to a brick wall. Countless messages were exchanged with promises they never intended to fulfill. Even Amazon got involved, and guess what? Sofa Heaven made promises to show up to rectify the situation but surprise, surprise—*no one turned up*!

Warning to anyone even considering buying from Sofa Heaven: steer clear! This isn't just a bad experience; it's daylight robbery. They shamelessly swindle customers with faulty products, pitiful compensation offers, and an infuriatingly non-existent resolution process. Save your hard-earned money and sanity by avoiding this den of deceit and incompetence called Sofa Heaven.

Trying to return sofa as it arrived with no back cushions, seller stated this was impossible, finally they arrived yesterday such poor quality. I'm now out of pocket as its costing me to return

Do not use this company especially if purchasing via Amazon. They have only delivered half of 2 sofas and no armchair and are not responding to telephone calls. Amazon cannot contact them by phone either.

Whatever you do, do not buy from this company.
The sofas are faulty and look
nothing like the pictures illustrated, requested they come to pick them up.
They ignore emails and now I can’t even
get through on the phone.
Now in the hands of Trading Standards and my bank.
