Ordered the Oakland corner suite and have to say definitely worth the money, great sofa & great service start to finish good communication with the courier also 10/10

Sofa as a knocking sound when you sit back on it, sold a faulty item

BEWARE.......We have found out that although we originally bought a sofa off "sofascene" on ebay they rang to say that they dont deliver to where we live without a £75 delivery fee,...THEY suggested that they would arrange a courier to deliver to us on the understanding that we pay the men CASH so we did...1 week later the sofa started ripping,rang them...long story short......they agreed to replace it...after several txts and unanswered phone calls we got no further updates....So frustrated I placed a 1 star review here on trustpilot...I bombarded them with calls to no success eventually my wife managed to get an answer the man was full of angry and abuse , she is of ill health so this did upset her tremendously..the conclusion of the call was no replacement sofa..the guy was so angry with the review I placed on trustpilot about "sofascene" that he was no longer going to replace our ripped sofa....they have replied to my review denying any such phone call, txts or infact any delivery of a sofa..RIGHT HERE WHERE IS COMES STRANGE...when they 1st rang us about the ebay issue we took it that we were talking to "SOFASCENE " after all thats who we bought it off and got our ebay refund off..when infact it was another company all together a new company in the same city called "SOFACRAFTNESS"..what the????this new company is only a few months old so what's happened here.....we have a torn sofa sold to us by sofascene ( cash ) but sent to us by soafcraftness...someone needs to explain this dodgy activity..please who are we dealing with.....

Love my new sofa. After having a really bad experience with a different company recently I was worried about using a lesser known company again. I’m so happy I did as my experience couldn’t have been more different. The seller is great and answered all my questions quickly and politely. The delivery drivers were great and my sofa is so comfortable and it looks so much more expensive than it was. Very happy customer 😊.

Brought a 3 seater sofa from sofa scene, got to say it was excellent value, very well made and was able to collect next day instead of waiting for a delivery slot, customer service on the phone was great and the lads at depot where I picked it up water very polite and loaded it in to my van for me, would definitely recommend buying from this company 5 stars from me 👍🏻

The speedy delivery, the quality of the sofa (Black LHS Verona Full Back Corner Sofa), the service, the price - everything exceeded my expectations! I’m usually someone shaky with online shopping for high-value items but these guys knocked it out the park - amazing product and service. 5* super quick delivery had a problem with one of feet being damaged on delivery but messaged sofascene and received a new one in post day after.

Sofascene were amazing from the minute I bought the sofas. Their communication is superb. The sofas came earlier than expected but they let me know 2 days before and gave me a 4 hour delivery window.
The sofas themselves are fantastic quality and really well made.

Amazing service and Furniture.
Ordered a 3+2 & a Swivel Chair from these arrived on time within 3 hour slot. I was updated swiftly by the team and i love the quality of the sofas. Will recommend and use again. Top service from the delivery team too.

I was told by a friend about this company. I got in touch and visited them in person. I was guided thoroughly. In the end my sofas were custom sized, I selected my own fabric and color. My wife couldn't believe it and even till today she's over the moon. Its been 4 months since the sofas have arrived. Our room looks amazing. No issues whatsoever.

Useless customer service, rude staff, incompetent delivery service, rubbish sofas and childish communication. Of course they will say I am lying or maybe I am not customer of theirs or whatever garbage the may come up with because that seems to be what they reply with to their negative reviews. Save your money and stay well away from these clowns.

Got what I ordered on time and in excellent condition. It is beyond me how they make such quality furniture that is both well made and pleasing on the eye for such great prices! 10/10 from me!

I had a look at some more expensive sofas to start with but a friend told me to try eBay, looked at the pictures and it looked far better than the ones I tried in the bigger department stores.
So ordered it ( was also half the price ).
Was told it was a two week wait, but had a call saying I would be getting it the following week 👍. Delivery guys were really helpful and polite to.
Far more comfortable that the other sofas to and also feels heavier. Very happy with my purchase, best £475 I’ve ever spent. 😃

UPDATE: They are trying withhold money and claiming they tried to deliver. Please DO NOT use this company!! Also read all their responses to their 1 star reviews telling us all we’re lying!! We’re not all lying! You’re up to something extremely dodgy!

None of my messages were abusive or angry, they were polite and always said please. You can actually post all my messages here to show how polite they were.

Scammers!! I’m not sure how they have any good reviews. Ordered a sofa that never arrived, they said it would arrive on a Tuesday, scheduled my whole day to be in but they never turned up. No contact from them ever again. Requested a refund through Amazon, they put me in direct contact with the seller and they said I wasn’t in the day of delivery and sent 2 fake links saying it was my front door. The company disappeared off Amazon, they said they would cancel my order each time I contacted them but they didn’t, so eventually reported the company to Amazon for my refund. Amazon refunded immediately because they had said the sofa was lost in transit. So what was it?? Lost or delivered and no one home??? Giving fake links and tracking numbers is just ridiculous, as if I’m not going to look 🙄

Their response was very positive
I was given 1to 2weeks delivery time but it came exactly one week. Sofa exactly what they displayed. Super excited and I will always recommend them. Thank you sofascene keep up the good work

Not what I ordered they sent a low foot
Stool with a loose cushion on top. No otoman. I ask you read all bed reviews that will help you use someone else. I had to pay return postage
