We’ve had super service at Sofa Superstore at Warrington. Everyone is so friendly and they’ve looked after my mum when a piece of furniture didn’t fit. They helped her to choose an alternative piece, and she left happy. Thanks to Julie, Brandon and Gary! The delivery men were so nice too.

From walking in to leaving, Joanne in the Warrington store was so helpful finding us what we wanted. She went above and beyond. We can't wait to receive our new sofas.

Julie was so patient with us answering all our questions on the purchase of our new sofa. Measurements bespoke to our requirements and configurations to suit our room. Very understanding to our previous problems with other sofas from other retailers pointing us in the right direction for solutions

Chris was really amazing. Extremely helpful and showed me all available options. Choice colour and size. I need a specific size to fit in the space and he showed me the made to measure options also. 1 very happy customer. All the team was friendly.

So I dealt with the shop Stamford Street Central Ashton under Lyne,Took a substancal deposit for a made to measure sofa ,cancelled my order a week later saying he couldn't do it,refused to refund my deposit , said I could have a credit note I said no , asked for his complaint procedure details and that I was going to trading standards he got a little nasty by text and then proceeded to block me , got to go through the process of trading standards now it's akin to theft in my eyes

guy was great too
