The incorrect sofa was delivered and when I contacted them the blocked my number and blocked me on Facebook,
When I contact them in another number, the number was blocked to,
Shocking that companies like this exist. Avoid them

Awful I got my settee delivered outside in the rain I had to struggle to get n the house the sofa was faulty when I tried to contact them multiple times they blocked me on Facebook

Delivered faulty goods. Said they would replace . Now ignoring messages and blocked me. Avoid at all costs

Emailed three times for Oder samples and no reply or no samples !!

I have tried to get a sample of material from the company who offer this service on their website. I wanted to order a sofa from them but wanted to see the material first. This was over a month ago emailed to chase and they said other samples would be sent, still nothing. No reply to emails and they don’t reply to their online chat function.

I was offered to have my sofa made to measure. Made and delivered within two weeks. Yes two weeks!! Amazing service.

Had my sofa 6 months all of the arms have caved in . Emailed the company no response. So you’re self a favour and just spend that bit more as now I have to . Buy another sofa . It’s fine if u just want to look at it .really disappointed.

Massively letting theirselves down by clearly not sending out samples that have been ordered. Mine never came and initially I had a quick response saying they would send more….. these still didn’t come and now getting no response. I really wanted to order from them, but now I don’t trust them and don’t know what colour or material to go for anyway 😡

Ordered swatches never came its been weeks, followed up and didn't receive a response

Helpfulness on messenger was excellent, downloaded shop app and all info was current, also received a text well in advance to let me know when it would be arriving and what timescale.
Very impressed

Start to finish have been great. I was able to get my couch within 3 days after being advised 7 days. Amazing service and Hams was great.
