Excellent Service.
Everything done in house. Excellent treatment from sales person, Doctors (especially Dr Atanas Grunov and assistants. Nothing was too much. 14 extractions and upper and lower implants in less than a week. Thanks to anesthesist I didn't feel a thing. Excellent customer service even to arranging speedy hospital visits. Cleanliness was exceptional. Great to be treated like an individual rather than a commodity. Would really recommend Sofia Implants 100%.

Zähne sind ein kostbares gut
Zähne sind ein kostbares gut ! Und nicht jedem ist es vergönnt gute Zähne bis in das hohe Alter zu haben …. Mir auch nicht 😢 nach einer längeren suche nach Implanten und einer Odyssee durch Ungarn und die Türkei … die sich dann im Preis überboten haben 🥳 fand ich diese Klinik in Sofia . Nach mehreren telefonischen Kontakt mit Dr. Kolev bin ich dann bereit gewesen mich in das Flugzeug zu setzen und mich einer vorurteilsfreien kostenlosen Untersuchung zu stellen … und am nächsten Tag lag ich auf dem Stuhl 😁 All on 4 im Oberkiefer … All On 6 im Unterkiefer… während der Operation schmerzfrei … danach auch völlig ok … Dr.Rafid hat allerbeste Arbeit geleistet in diesen 2 Tagen . Souverän und Erfahrung . Das Op Team sowie alle Mitarbeiter dort verdienen auch meinen Respekt! 2 Tage später bin ich dann mit festen !!! Provisorischen Zahnersatz wieder zurück in die Schweiz geflogen. Ja und dann ? Implantate sind hervorragend eingewachsen und nach knapp einem halben Jahr habe ich die endgültige Version aus hochwertigen Materialien erhalten Dr. Bekiarow ist auch ein Künstler seines Faches ! . Und das alles inclusive zum allerbesten Preis . Nun habe ich Ruhe muss die Zähne nicht im Wasserglas halten und bin absolut zufrieden 🥳 in dieser Klinik werden sie bestens beraten und behandelt mit dem höchsten Standard an technischer Einrichtung. Und vergleichen sie gern die Preise … sie finden nichts besseres …all inclusive ! Und ihre Lebensqualität ist nochmal um 100 Prozent gestiegen. Wenn ich 10 Sterne hätte ich würde diese an das phantastische Team vom Implant Center Sofia vergeben . Leider sind es heute nur 5 und ein riesiges Dankeschön nochmal ! An alle die dort arbeiten 👍

As soon as I arrived at the clinic, I immediately felt confident. The care was quick and everything went very quickly. Disappointed
I would like to share my opinion about Sofia Implant Center. Six months ago, I had implants placed and I was happy with the surgery itself – it went smoothly, without swelling or pain afterward.
The problems began later, when it was time to place the crowns. First, they refused to make them the way I wanted. Then they filed down the teeth they had decided to work on, took impressions, and when it came time for the fitting, they looked terrible. They even filed down my canine tooth to move it back, but in the end it still stuck out and looked ugly.
The crowns on the implants were round and bulky, looked artificial, and there was quite a bit of space between them, so now food gets stuck every time I eat. They explained to me that they couldn’t make the crowns look any different because I supposedly didn’t have enough bone. They claimed they were remaking them several times and would color them to look more natural, but in the end, they placed the same ones, which still look awful.
The doctors and the nurse insisted that “nothing more could be done” and that “it looked fine.” They made me feel uncomfortable for not liking the bridge they had made for me and for wanting something better.
I have dreamed of fixing my teeth for 10 years and of seeing myself with a beautiful smile. Now, I am ashamed to smile.

At Sofia Implant Centre, we always strive to deliver the highest quality of care and take an individual approach to each patient, investing significant time, effort, and resources to achieve the best possible outcome within the limits of medical possibilities.
In your case, four separate zirconia try-ins were made, each one discussed and approved by you in terms of shape and color before proceeding to the next stage. Later on, however, you changed your preferences multiple times, both regarding the design and the shade, which required complete remakes of the constructions. All these additional remakes and adjustments were carried out entirely at the clinic’s expense, without any extra cost to you.
Our doctors – Dr. Beleva and Dr. Beeni, along with our dental technicians worked in full coordination to meet your wishes as precisely as possible while also considering the medical and technical limitations. Some of the changes you requested carried a high risk to the strength and durability of the construction, which is why they were not recommended by our team. Our duty is not only to satisfy aesthetic preferences but also to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of the dental work.
We fully understand how important this treatment was for you emotionally. Our entire team made every effort to find a balance between your desired outcome and the clinical reality, keeping you informed of the possibilities and limitations at every step. We regret that, despite these efforts, the end result did not fully meet your expectations.

The clinic is extremely professional
The clinic is extremely professional, from the highly experienced dental surgeons and dental technicians through to the dental nurses and hygienists and also the reception staff.
You are picked up from your hotel before your appointment and dropped back off afterwards.
The communication could be improved, but this is something they’re improving all the time and soon they will be opening a clinic in the UK (Stockport) which will improve aftercare.
