The store looks and smells wonderful

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from Salma in Belfast. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us find the right option without any pressure. She went above and beyond in showing us different fabrics and options to suit us. I’d happily recommend Salma to anyone who wants to buy a sofa

Clarity on all aspects, from price to warranty

I had a really good experience at Sofology, thanks to Barry at the Boucher Road store who helped me choose my sofa. He was so friendly, approachable and really knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable rather than overwhelming. He took the time to talk through the different options and helped me find something that suited my space perfectly. Thank you so much Barry for all your help, my sofa looks great in my new home.

Amazing staff who are extremely friendly and helpful compared to every other sofa shop in Boucher. Highly recommend for anyone who can't make up their mind about their first/new sofas. Don't waste your time going to other shops. And yes the sofas are all very very comfortable

After having almost bought a recliner in 2 other nearby unrelated stores but let down by poor sales process, I visted Sofology on Boucher Rd and came away with what I think is the best bargain I have ever had. No hassle with a demo, no problem with the item, no hassle with sales process or being asked to sign away my consumer rights on a clearance item, just a straighforward sale with 12 monthx warranty and a delighted customer.

Excellent service nothing was a problem

Took all of my information incorrectly. Repeatedly lied to via webchat services even the complaint team refused to acknowledge any questions.
The wait automated voice claims that sofology promotes, 'kindness, respect and equality'. They do not, I can assure you they do not.
One staff member Daniel, will tell you what you want to hear, then abandon you. Once they're called out on their lies they get a friend to call you to try and offer you some sort of bribery to not pursue the complaint further.

I've been told I can't cancel my sofa as its "custom" what? I ordered the floor model the only one in ireland. So not custom, it would be called excess stock they can resell.

Avoid at at all costs, as I certainly won't be recommending them, nor receiving my sofa, they don't even have the correct address!!!
