A really helpful and supportive shopping experience. We knew what we wanted and all staff knew exactly which sofas for us to visit whilst instore.

Shelly dealt with us when we were happy we'd picked the style and then introduced the laptop to show configurations etc.

She was very thorough in her detail of what would work and helped guide us. She talked us through sofa care and process and now we are just excited to be waiting on our sofa arriving in October!

Would absolutely recommend, couldn't think of other ways to improve the experience!

Best experience at the shop down in boucher belfast. The team were warm, polite and hospitable. Mainly to mention Shelley, she went far and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. She did not mind the number of times we called in, and made sure our choice fitted and met our needs. Kudos to you, Shelley!

Alison was a great help in picking out our sofa!! She walked through the showroom with us and helped us find the one that suited us most and most importantly, fit in our living room. She is a very kind and humorous person! ☺️❤️

We recently purchased our new sofa from Sofology Belfast and wanted to leave some positive feedback, particularly for Salma, who made the whole experience such a pleasure.

On our first visit, we arrived quite close to closing time, and with only Salma and one other member of staff in the store, we expected to have a quick look and come back another day. Instead, they both took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never once made us feel rushed, despite the store being due to close.

We also had our three very energetic children with us, which could easily have made the visit stressful, but Salma was incredibly patient and welcoming. She and another member of staff kept them entertained by letting them explore the different sofas, play some music and generally made us all feel completely at ease while we took our time looking at the various options.

Salma stayed with us right until the store closed, helping us narrow down our choices, and then went above and beyond by emailing us later that same evening with all the information we needed, including photos of the sofa and details of the days she would be working so we could come back and complete the purchase with her.

When we returned a few days later, Salma was just as helpful and patient. She even rearranged an existing sofa display so we could properly visualise the exact configuration we were considering. That level of care and attention really helped us feel confident in such a big purchase.

Throughout the whole process, Salma was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision rather than simply making a sale. Nothing was too much trouble, and her patience, enthusiasm and excellent customer service made all the difference.

We were delighted to complete our purchase with her, and so far the entire process has been smooth and straightforward. Thank you, Salma, for making what could have been an overwhelming decision such an enjoyable experience. Sofology is lucky to have you!
