Took all of my information incorrectly. Repeatedly lied to via webchat services even the complaint team refused to acknowledge any questions.
The wait automated voice claims that sofology promotes, 'kindness, respect and equality'. They do not, I can assure you they do not.
One staff member Daniel, will tell you what you want to hear, then abandon you. Once they're called out on their lies they get a friend to call you to try and offer you some sort of bribery to not pursue the complaint further.

I've been told I can't cancel my sofa as its "custom" what? I ordered the floor model the only one in ireland. So not custom, it would be called excess stock they can resell.

Avoid at at all costs, as I certainly won't be recommending them, nor receiving my sofa, they don't even have the correct address!!!

The employee was very friendly and helpful. She brought us upstairs to show us the material and colour we liked and explained all the details of the purchase. Not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend others to shop here.

Plenty of sofas to pick from , staff very good at there job

Barry was absolutely fantastic and showing all sofas and having great knowledge on all sofas! A lot of time was spent selecting the right one!

The guy was brilliant was very professional and showed us how the reclining chair could work for my husband very impressed with his skills

Had a lok around and decided to order the sofa that we had been lookinf at online.
Shellys service and attention to detail was amazing! She took interest in where the sofa was for, queried kids / pets and gave super advice!

Selma couldn't have been more helpful. She was very patient as we took our time considering our options. She was so knowledgeable about the range of sofas and the options available. she is a real asset to the sofology team!

Teresa was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of sofas, styles, fabrics and functionalities. Her friendly demeanour, professionalism and expertise made the decision to choose a sofa to meet our needs completely pain free. She is a great asset to your team in Belfast.
