Found the staff very helpful and cant wait to receive my new sofa

I was able to visit the Sofology store in Blackburn and find a sofa that I liked. It was then easy to place my order online.

Damien was a fantastic help from start to finish. We entered the store with our two children and he was brilliant at keeping them engaged while helping us with our sofa selection and purchase. Everything was explained with proper detail and we can't wait to get our new sofa delivered :-) Thanks Damien!

Very helpful sofa ordered patient and kind

The salesman demonstrated the ability of the chair that I was purchasing and explained all the pros and cons and very understanding about our requirements.

Our whole experience was great. We were warmly welcomed into store and then left to look round without any pressure. Our 2 year old was given a little children’s pack too which was a lovely touch.
Once we decided on our sofa we were guided through the process and given the chance to ask any questions. Great experience. We can’t wait to get our sofa.

Just completed my order at Sofology with the most incredible service. I was attended to by Nash, a lovely warm and welcoming lady who was highly efficient and informative.

Good experience- only reason for 4 stars is due to a delivery problem where I was waiting in for delivery and there had been some computer issue that meant the delivery wasnt sent out.

However, we also had problems getting the sofa in to the house due to the size and needed the window taking out, which was our fault for not measuring correctly - redelivery was arranged to coincide with a handyman to sort the window without any problems or charges.

We were supported in showroom well

The lovely Asian lady (sorry cannot remember her name) went through everything & explaining everything clearly when asked.

The staff Nashreen and Soraya were very helpful. Absolutely amazing customer service and I would highly recommend my friends and family to visit the Blackburn store. They went through all my measurements and different options thoroughly and listened to my requirements and got my order 10/10 would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

Store) did a fantastic job at allowing us to roam uninterrupted. He gave us some recommendations based on our dimensions and left us to it. When we were ready to purchase he was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Our best experience yet whilst sofa shopping, they deserved our business.

Damian was very good and knowledgeable about the products. He answered all questions posed and allowed time for browsing and reflection about the choices made.

Damian was really helpful and offered other choices and styles which gave us some great options. Great service! Would highly recommend this store!
