So much selection on style, size and fabric. Really great help around the shop for all my questions which was very reassuring as this was my first time buying a sofa!

Wonderful shopping experience. Sales assistant let us know she was there when we were ready, stepped back and left us to peruse. No hard sales. No interruptions.
When we did have questions she answered clearly.

We looked at other sofa stores; all the same - poor sales people hovering over us, trying the hard sell.

Went back to Sofology to look again at the sofa we liked. Another sales assistant came over and we said we’d been talking to another young lady earlier. He went and fetched her and she concluded the sale, (he could have done this himself and claimed the ‘sale’ but he didn’t).

She was very sympathetic to my mother’s situation who had recently lost her husband.

Overall, a wonderful experience and very much appreciated.

We have not yet received the sofa (purchase only made today) but so far … experience brilliant.

Nashrin was really helpful and took time to talk us through various options etc.

We were not followed around store and your sales people were very friendly. helpful and polite. The service I received was excellent

Very happy with service but no included leather cleaning kit, no offers when spending now over 4K which is disappointing.
