Fabulous experience
What a wonderful experience we had today we were looked after by Soraya. Friendly and professional no pressure and she was so knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. There was such a lovely friendly atmosphere.

Very relaxed purchase
Very relaxed purchase. No pushy sales. Sat with Damien chatting about the different options and other services. Would highly recommend friends and family to visit the showroom.

Problem solved
Because of a mix up with the finance arrangements, our order was cancelled. Obviously, this was annoying and frustrating. However, when we returned to the Blackburn store, they resolved the problem and reordered the sofa. They were very apologetic and although we now have to wait even longer, we were happy with the outcome.

The staff went above and beyond …
The staff went above and beyond to assist us to find the sofa for us! They didn't follow us around the store or constantly check in so that we could look around at our leisure!
They were friendly and not pushy at all!
