Was only browsing today but we ended up finding an amazing sofa at an amazing price! Laura and Noshine were fantastic! Really lovely staff, who took plenty of time with us to make sure the sofa was right for us! Not pushy at all! Thank you ladies x

Huge range in lovely settings to help bring the vision to life. Helpful staff - professional, approachable, not at all pushy. Good quality product that feels built to last with a care package to substantiate their hard-wearing claims.

The person who took our order entered an incorrect email address for me. Each time the store corrects it I can't log on. I was given a number by the store to call so I can pay the balance, that was the wrong number. They were the team that arranged deliveries. They gave me a different number, that was an incorrect number. Poor, poor service. Apparently the only way I can pay is to go back to the store which I don't mind to do. Why oh why do I have to run around because of their incompetence

We have bought another suite drom SOFOLOGY as we're very pleased with the last purchase, from approx 10 yrs ago. Excellent quality and price, would highly recommend. Ash explained everything at each stage, which was cery helpful.

At the time of purchase we were the only customers in the store, however it didn’t feel like we were being pressured by the salesperson, which for us makes for a great experience. When we were ready to speak to a salesperson they were very helpful and informative.

Throughout my experience in the Bolton showroom the staff treated me very well. Ellie Moores was the main person I dealt with and she was very professional and helpful with any queries I had. Many thanks

So far we have not had delivered the sofa care kit that was ordered on the 8th June, with no update on when this can be expected, despite payment being taken on the 8th June

The whole experience from start to finish was really good we was looked after and the staff made you feel welcome, we found our couch and it was a breeze straight forward and all we have to do now is wait for it to arrive 😊

Great choice of quality sofas, staff really friendly and helpful, gave us time and space to make our decision and could not have been more helpful, answered all our questions and are a credit to the company. Would definitely recommend.
