They are brilliant friendly staff , but I have chose the wrong one , it’s my fault no 1 else’s , oooh I love the txt I received , saying it’s time to wipe over my sofa ,with the spray I bought , lolol.

Kelly was very helpful and made the whole process very easy.

Review based on pre-delivery, Noshin is a credit to the Bolton store explained everything in detail when purchasing my Marvella sofa. Hopefully everything is good on delivery of the sofas.

After looking around various sofa shops we felt most comfortable at Sofology. The sales staff were friendly, approachable and not pushy. We found a sofa we loved with help from Nosh. Nosh was so knowledgeable and made the process extremely enjoyable and easy.

Ash was absolutely great, so lovely and helpful! Nothing was too much trouble at all. He was amazing

Very encouraging to start of with helpful throughout customer service wheni had queries about the questions that asked about i was put at ease.quickley and promptly.

A very pleasant young lady served me answered all my questions in full. Did not rush me at all took her time to make the sale a pleasant experience.

Visited looking for a 3 & 2 seater couch in a green shade. Found what we liked with no pressure from sales. After measuring up at home revisited next day to order. The process was smooth and efficient. We both had a coffee and the financial side was sorted in no time. The sales member was professional and polite. Very pleasant experience.

We visited Sofology twice, once to understand what was on offer, and once to order. We were looked after by Ellie and Nicola. The service was unobtrusive and kind, and the information was very clear so that we were confident on what we were buying. Great experience.

No pressure from sales staff ,just friendly advice, explained our options regarding our choice of suite,found it a straightforward transaction,offered a drink and just generally relaxed atmosphere 👍
