Lovely staff at the Bristol store, really helpful. Easy ordering and can’t wait for my sofa

After visiting a number of sofa outlets we had borderline given up as we couldn't find anyting modern, different, designed, the places we had been in everything looked the same or was tacky and favoring electric relining over style. We found a sofa online and realised it was from Sofology and they had a Bristol store. I called to ask if what I wanted was in the showroom and it was and it was even in the right colour. We visited on a Saturday, with traffic we only arrived 30 minutes before closing, I found the showroom very inspiring, lots of modern designs, the sofa we actually wanted was perfect. What I liked the most was the staff left us alone, said hello and then said if you want me I am around, didn't keep pressing questions about what we were looking for etc. Even though the store had officially closed at 6 the chap stayed on and we done a deal on that sofa, another from the range and took the foot stall too. A great find, will be my first choice for the next time. (well subject to it actually arriving of course!!)

Completely stress free, chose the recliner, chose the fabric, paid in full, very quick. Victor was great. Can’t wait to get the chair !!!

I knew the sofa I was interested in and was given a swatch that colour didn’t work in my room.
I went for same settee with different colour and ordered it I had no pressure from Mat in Bristol branch which I liked
5 weeks it will be delivered.

Hi, The staff on duty were very welcoming when we arrived. She explained how your system worked and let us browse without any pressure. She provided us with helpful information regarding what we could change and somehow appeared when needed! Without us feeling pressured

Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. He also explained everything clearly and wasn’t at all pushy. Thank you.

I live in Warwickshire and was visiting a friend in Bristol and visited your Bristol store.
From the minute I walked in Haydn was amazing he explained all options, prices etc. I have placed the order with the Bristol store today as a result of his great service he is a credit to your company!

Tom was very helpful when we saw him today.

We were looked after from the moment we walked through the door. Given the advice we needed and then left alone to browse. Making the purchase was painless and quick.

Amazing experience and customer service!
We went into the sofology in Bristol to have a look for a new sofa.
Ask questions and got measurements and went home to think about and check it would fit. There so no pressure for making a sale and the team where amazing.
Went back the following day to purchase it and the whole process was done in under 20 minutes!
We got served by a short red head girl (forgot her name) and the service was fantastic!

The sales lady was knowledgeable, pleasant and not pushy. The sale was completed efficiently and without fuss. I keenly wait for delivery, I'm sure I will enjoy the use this item of furniture in spite of the rather long wait ahead
